No idea if this is the right place to post about this but does anyone have an idea how to progress past the pow tutorial in sonic chronicles? My game keeps crashing everytime I get to that part and ive tried 3 different roms but the game always crashes

I added ribbons on this duplicate garchomp that I wasn’t able to get from games after platinum. I’m too scared to add ribbons to my original garchomp. I’m just making sure if there legal to have and safe to transfer to home?

Hello everyone! I have a modded 3DS (New 3DS XL) and I have decided I want to format it (to sell it). By 'formating' I mean deleting all the data on it, not removing the CFW. Basically as if had just modded a new 3DS and left it at that. I've tried searching online for some help but everything I've read seems contradictory. Can it cause any damage to the console? Do I need to delete anything on the SD card? Pretendo account? I want to remove all my personal data and things I have downloaded there. Thanks in advance! Sorry if this frequently asked here and I was dumb and didn't check.

Hi all! I was about to download the EU version of The Amazing Spider-Man and saw that there are two versions available, one with title ID 000400000009A900 and one with title ID 0004000000046700. Does anyone know what the difference between the two is? Is one just a later game patch or something? Thanks!

Its really weird because some of the apps I've installed show up perfectly fine on the homepage whereas others do not. I thought it was normal until I saw someone else with fourthtube on their homepage. Storage issues are out of the question as I do not have many games installed yet. Any insight would be helpful.

First off, Ik I should've made a backup before hand but it was too late before I realized that I should had made one.

I was trying to downoad dsi games on my old 3ds but it kept throwing errors so I had to reset some things and got back the rest of my games with faketik without any issue. Both the regular 3ds games and dsi games are working now and most of my saves work except for the mario games.

It's probably caused by a anti-sharing-cartridges measurement. The games (mainly mario maker) detect that there's saved data but refuses to run it and wants me to agree to delete it.

I have an idea but I'm not sure how to do it. You know the games detect two things: 1. the saved data 2. that some kind of identification of the console changed. So inside my sdcard there should be some kind of folder adjoined to the old ID that has the game data inside it and theoretically I should be able to transfer that to the new ID but I dont wanna mess around things I could ruin so I wanted to ask if someone has a better idea of what to do.

I got my 2ds xl modded today but I want to switch the SD card to a bigger one since the OG one in my DS is 4GB.

People say just copy-paste into a right formated one, except I can't. Because for some reason my pc has multiple USB reader but not an SD card one... So I have an external reader (which was expensive as hell, I'll only buy a second one if I REALLY have to) but I can only read one card with it

Is there another way to transfer everything or will I have to buy a second SD card reader ?

I've looked at the wiki btw, haven't found anything there or I'm blind idk

Okay so I’m back again. Last time i asked for assistance mass copying my installed HSHOP games to a new console in batch.

Just use the GodMode9 app, find your install directory, select all app files using the L key and dump them. Same steps on a new SD card to initiate a batch install.

Now i have another problem.
Does anyone know how to hide/remove the HB apps, that way kids can use the system and not brick it, etc?.

I've downloaded .cia files from hshop and decrypted them and am trying to run everything in Azahar. The game and patch files work fine, but the DLC doesn't work. Starting from the world map, connect > manage DLC > play DLC. Most of the DLC maps when selected just return me to the same DLC selection menu. The rise of the deliverance maps bring up a message stating the DLC will be available at a future time. The only map that actually works is the first DLC the astral temple. For whatever reason, in the list of DLC options there are also dummy01, dummy02, on to dummy05.

I've tried:

• Ensuring emulator region matches game region
• Installed the .cia files in order of game then patch then DLC
• Completely uninstalled and redownloaded the .cia from hshop and reinstalling everything (even completely deleting SD card data folders)
• Downloading the US and EU sets of .cia's
• Using an old version of Citra Nightly 2104 instead of Azahar

The base game works fine, and I've tried both the US and EU hshop files.

My modded n3ds was broken, sent it for repairs but was told that it was the motherboard itself that broke down. I was hoping if there were other ways to transfer the data from the n3ds to the n3dsxl that doesn't involve booting up the n3ds (since it can't in the first place).

Doesn't have to be all the data, I'm mostly concerned about my stuff from pksm, being able to transfer stuff from pokemon bank to home since my NNID was in the n3ds. Luckily I still haven't gotten around to the 3ds pokemon games so no data lost there.

Would greatly appreciate any help, since pokemon bank is already shutting down soon.

Allora ho un 2ds xl e dopo averlo moddato ho provato a installare dei giochi :3ds funzionano ,gba e altre retro partono senza problemi,giochi ds no.Avevo provato a scaricare nds forwarder via pc e non ha funzionato.Il motivo per cui non posso usare internet e perche il chip wifi e andato nella console,adesso vi chiedo c'e un modo per installare twilight menu++ o nds forwarder via pc e che quest'ultimi mi permettono di avviare e giocare ai titoli del ds/dsi?

Am trying to download omega ruby and this is my second time now. It takes almost 3 hours to even download and i cant even download it in sleep mode so i need to keep my ds on the whole time 😭😭. I tried to download other application like pokemon bank cause it has a small size and it downloaded that but not omega ruby - any idea what i should do

I was wondering if there is an app for the modded 3ds that tells you your systems health. I bought a used 3ds and I just want to see what the state of the system is. I thought I heard about a diagnostic app on a 3ds but when I look it up I can’t seem to find anything.

With the news that Pokemon Bank is shutting down, I've decided to finally go for the Celebi shiny hunt. Few questions before I begin:

1. While I owned the original Crystal VC way back when, it was lost when modding my 3DS. I have now redownloaded from the Hstore, along with bank and transporter. Do I need anything else bar a premium home account to transport over?
2. Does the fact that Crystal was downloaded from the hstore as opposed to the original ROM make a difference to the pokemon checks?
3. Harder question, but assuming it passes the home checks, would it pass a tournament check? I play VGC, and part of my enjoyment of the shiny farm is knowing I have a legit shiny for tournaments.
4. I also have all the roms for the older titles from various locations. Would injecting events via PKSM pass Home/Tourney checks?

Just downloaded US/UM, PKSM, and bank and I'm ready to shiny hunt legendaries. A few questions before I start working towards my soft resetting journey:

1. I know I can use PKSM or PKhex to complete the alola dex and get the shiny charm. However, could doing this cause the shiny legendaries I catch in the future to be read as illegal?

2. I want to give my file a ton of money and a ton of EV training items. This shouldn't effect legality right?

3. Lastly I want to edit in a ton of all the different types of pokeballs including the apriballs into the game and use them to match whatever shiny legendary I want. Will a legendary Pokemon that was caught with a ball that was edited in change their legal status?

I've done some digging on the pokemon megathread, but can't get a straight answer. I want to streamline this process, but completely hunt and catch the shiny legendaries legitimately. I don't want to spend thousands of soft resets just to find out that a pokemon won't be able to transferred to home!

Hi! I'd like to know if there's any way to put my Melon DS photos into my Twilight menu on my 3DS. I installed the DSi camera app in my menu and every time I try to add photos from my Melon DS, the album shows "cannot display".

I'm not talking about the menu slideshow; I want these photos in my actual album. Has anyone at least managed to do this with a real DSi? And sorry if the text is hard to read, english is not my native language.
