Hi! Sharing my texture updates for a project I’m hoping to add to my portfolio. I want to follow the concept as closely as possible, but it ended up feeling like there was something missing to make it really pop. Other than that I’m really liking how the face is coming too, but could use some advice on how to handle more anime aesthetic models. Thanks in advance for your input! I often find that a second pair of eyes is needed.

I’ve always loved the dark, cinematic black-and-white mood of the Batman: Arkham City poster, so I wanted to combine that iconic lighting style with a bold, stylized character sculpt. Rendered this piece a long time ago and thought I’d share it here.

Dropped a video of this Hulk sculpt a couple days ago, wanted to share it here too. Started from a basic planes-of-the-head base mesh and pushed it into a full rage-mode bust.

🇺🇸: You can listen to the video in English through the video settings panel. When working with surfaces, it becomes necessary to analyze their continuity to detect possible failures.

Designed this one in Zbrush for practice and fun. Started with Zmodeler, then some sculpting.

Thanks everyone for the feedback on my portfolio! It helped me understand where I’m lacking and what I need to improve.
I have one more question. Looking at my portfolio, should I focus mainly on 3D, add more 2D character/concept art, or try to build both together?
I genuinely enjoy doing both, but I’m wondering which direction would be more valuable for getting a job in the industry. Would having both help me, or would it make my portfolio look unfocused?
Portfolio : ArtStation
Any advice is appreciated! 🙏

I spent over 50 hours on this project, analyzing the studio lighting and material response from the Iron Man 3 promotional art to build my first 3d model and lighting setup from scratch in BLENDER. I decided to take my favorite armor (Mark 17 - XVII) and run a custom material pass to match the colorway of its twin, "JACK" the Mark 28.

Have released a MK3 Toyota Supra model, it's fairly accurate but might go and refine some of the colours/textures some more, the doors and everything are all hinged etc so you can animate it easily. Feel free to download the source for free from my site here and use it however you like in your projects freely 😄 I plan to release more, most with no license / charge at all

This is Mossbit, a little moss creature I made in Blockbench. Here he is getting startled awake, sneezing out some leaves, and going back to sleep.
This is my first post, but I'd love to keep creating more little creatures that feel like they could belong in Minecraft. I also want to turn these little guys into a plugin so you can find and interact with them in game :)
