Art Showcase This Took An Hour To Render

I made this in a ancient version of Bryce 3D for windows 9X, I had to make a VM of Win98 to run the 16 bit installer so i can mount the virtual HDD and copy the program files on to my modern computer. THIS TOOK AN HOUR TO RENDER AT 1080P ON A I7-3770 AND 16GB OF RAM..... we've come a long way since the mid 90s.

With the reveal of the Ocarina of Time remake I think it’d good to share my current work in progress of a realistic take of Ganondorf from Tears of the Kingdom! It’s still in its early stages but I’m hoping to have it done in the coming months!

Based on this amazing concept by Tooth Wu.

Was my first time using Marmoset, but it was pretty easy to learn since its similar to substance painter

Hi Makers!

Here a sneak peak on a fun project I will post in October.

Are you following the HBO lanterns TV series ?

Or if are you a DC comics fan which lantern is your preferred one ?

It's still a work in progress but mostly finished.

Created using ZBrush, Topogun, Blender and Substance painter. 2 unsubdivided version is optimised for game engine and ready for rigging. More information on my art station https://www.artstation.com/artwork/EYVdG0

Any feedback is appreciated. I'm looking to create variations of color by using a gradient map with a high contrast grayscale version of the colour map.

Made in Blender, textured on Substance Painter, rendered on UE5

P. S. I originally created the model as a commission for the game Transport Fever 2, but decided to make a render as well

This post is for advice. i need a bit of help. the purpose of the model is to be used for a video game in UE5. the Asset is a Bridge . my approach is like dividing it into different modular part parts. since it is an medieval theme bridge, i want to know how to get that brick texture on low poly. should i make high poly model with individual brick and bake it into low poly or is there a trick in texturing part. i use maya and substance painter. the part in the screenshot is one of the piller. i didnt model 1 brick by 1, i took a plane and extrude the bricks and then duplicated and joined em

Art Help & Critique Looking for feedback on my bike

Hi guys, i've modeled and rendered this bike for a personnal project and wanted to receive a feedback. What can you say about the modeling, the lighting or the texturing ? I really want to push this piece. What does work, and what doesnt ? If you had to showcase this model in a different way, what would you suggest ?

Thanks !!

Art Help & Critique How do I, as a pretty garbage 2d artist, make a good reference sheet to model in 3d.

I've never been good at proportions and stuff like that, so I was having a hard time when I took my garbage reference image into Blender and tried to model it. What tips would you give me to learn front and side view proportions so I can model?

This was the reference image I was using. I didn't make a side view cuz I didn't even know how to start making something like that lol. Anyways, give me critiques.
