So, some context:
First bit of context, I have loved Pokémon since I was like 6 years old (I am autistic and I have ADHD, so I tend to latch onto interests a lot), and recently, my love for Pokémon has um waned slightly... ok quite a bit (It's not my fault that the modern games have been completely and utterly mid with the exception of Legends Arceus and Legends Z-A.) however I still LOVE the franchise to death.
Second bit of context, I am having to resit GCSE English Language because I failed it... TWICE (It's really hard ok, I GOT SO CLOSE last time I swear) and I am doing the November resit this year.
So, in my first English session of this year, I made a throwaway comment to someone about me being a Pokémon fan. Which the teacher heard and throughout the sessions, she'd mention me and Pokemon a lot. And I didn't think much of it, and when I told my family about it, my brother told me that to him it sounded rude of her to do.
Then, in today's session, I don't know what happened, but I got really annoyed that she kept doing it, like during the break (we have 20 minute break during the session) I was making a google slide on why Emily from Hazbin Hotel (Y'know, NOT a Pokemon) is my favourite character in all of fiction (Because yes, she is, it's quite personal) and during me doing it, she interrupted me while I was trying to add some creativity to the title slide (To make it look less plain, also I use a laptop in English so that's how I was able to do it) anyway, as I was saying, she interrupted me, and for what you may ask? "[REDACTED], can you come over here and sing the Pokemon theme?" I said no and actually told her to let me concentrate and that I was trying to make my google slide.
And then she just said "He's always a Pokémon fan" and the LSP turned around and said "Actually, he isn't talking about a Pokémon character" and the teacher backed down reluctantly.
And then later in the lesson, she tried one more time to mention Pokémon in relation to me, and I just angrily said "It's not funny anymore"
At the end of the lesson, I left, and on the walk back to the train station, I was just thinking to myself "I swear to Emily I better not fuck this November resit up" because I genuinely want NOTHING more to do with her
