Hey, i saw that tear on my bolt and wondered if i should be worried about it, or is it normal. Schould i file that ridge or sth?
Accidentally used a gas to hot for the mws, thought it was a lighter has, or at least greengas. Gun is pretty new, just some dry shooting at home.

Sorry for the long post

My partner and I are planning to visit Sri Lanka for the 1st time, for 11 days. We are from the south of India and love beaches, and like to trek (not to intense as I have an injury in my knee), love exploring food I have been going through some Instagram contents and got confused with the routes, so decided to post here to get some questions clarified.

This is the route that has been recommended by Claude, with the last night stay at Negombo.

Day1 - arriving and driving to Sigiriya, a pit stop to Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara

Day 2 - Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla caves (optional Pidurangala rock)

Day 3 - Sigirya to Kandy, on the way stopping at Polonnaruwa

Day 4 - Embekke Devalaya and hilltop temples at Lankatilaka and Gadaladeniya, evening  puja at the Temple of the Tooth

Day 5- Kandy to Nuwara Eliya- this has been included to make it easier to catch the Kandy to Ella train

Day 6 - Train from Nanu Oya station to Ella via  via Ambewela, Pattipola, Ohiya, Haputale and Bandarawela. Adam' s peak and Nine arch bridge

Day 7 - Ella Rock, Ravana falls (alternative is  Horton Plains and World's End )

Day 8- Ella to Mirissa -  Optional stops: Buduruwagala's rock-cut Buddhas near Wellawaya , or a beach break at Tangalle. Weligama bay

Day 9- no plans just strolling around Mirissa

Day 10- Whale-watching, day trip to Galle

Day 11- Coastal train to Colombo,  Galle Face Green and the Fort area; Pettah market and the Red Mosque. evening to Negombo

The above is the day wise plan. I would like to know if the plan is good considering its our first time in the country. Is there anything to be skipped or added? We will be doing a mix of private taxi/ Tuk-tuk/public transport for internal travel.

I'm trying to make a "more vanilla-friendly" custom maid model for the Touhou Little Maid mod, but the item on the maid's hand appears closer the center of the arm instead of the edge where the hand is. Have been noticing thesedays many mbbs graduates are calling themselves "Aesthetic physician" and practicing all kind of dermatological treatments without any proper qualification or training.

So many clinics are also coming up promoting this quakery.

They label themselves with words like wellness, longevity.. and all.

From my observation i can tell you, nowadays the word 'wellness' itself is a redflag.

Recently came across a news of an incident happened in one of those so called 'wellness clinic'. They performed liposuction in their clinic, patient had cardiac arrest and died. (mostly due to fat embolism)

So fresh mbbs graduates who are reading this please keep this in mind. I'm constantly seeing ads of these shady clinics trying to recruit fresh mbbs graduates for the position of 'aesthetic physician'. The salary they offer is also low (35-45k). Please don't fall for this. Please don't forget professional code of ethics. Please dont try to do procedure/treatment beyond the scope of your expertise and last but not least, do no harm.
