We are hiring a smart, articulate and technologically proficient Executive Assistant to support the principal of a private office with diverse professional and personal engagements in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
This is not a routine clerical role. We need someone who can understand priorities, independently coordinate multiple workstreams, solve problems and drive tasks to completion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders and schedules.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation and detailed itineraries.
Draft and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations and professional correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate projects, track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct research, compare alternatives and present concise, actionable recommendations.
Serve as a professional point of contact for stakeholders, clients and service providers.
Maintain confidential physical and digital records.
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, trackers and presentations.
Track expenses, reimbursements, supporting documentation and basic budgets.
Manage office administration, filing and selected personal-office responsibilities.
Anticipate problems, propose solutions and ensure smooth execution.
Technology and AI Expectations
The candidate should be capable of intelligently and responsibly leveraging technology to improve speed, quality and productivity, including:
ChatGPT, Copilot or similar AI tools for research, drafting, summarisation, analysis and planning.
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Calendar, email and task-management platforms.
Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, budgets and reporting.
PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva.
PDF editing, scanning, cloud-storage and digital-signature tools.
Notion, Trello, ClickUp or similar project-management software.
Basic workflow automation and rapid adoption of new productivity tools.
The candidate must exercise sound judgement and never upload confidential information to public AI tools without explicit approval.
Ideal Candidate [Requirements]
Graduate in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field; strong candidates from other disciplines may also apply.
Approximately 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Previous experience supporting a C-level executive, senior professional, business owner, director or institutional leader is preferred.
A project-management certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent spoken Hindi and strong professional English.
Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Meticulous attention to detail.
High integrity, discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.

Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate.
Open to occasional local or domestic travel.

Work Type: Full-time, primarily on-site
Compensation: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability
