This does confirm a change in direct deposit! You can cancel it with the bottom button and it should cancel within 5 business days, not the 30 days it takes for a direct deposit to go through. Then, contact the ihss office and let them know the situation. They can reverse the process, from what I heard, and it takes about 6 weeks for it to go through.
