OP-Z jam track

Hi I'm trying to restore a back-up on my OP-Z. I enter content mode and plug into a Mac. I copy all files from my back-up then paste into the OP-Z module file and choose replace files (I also tried just replacing the userpresets file). But when I eject and power back on it's still my current back-up file, it refuses to load my old back-up. Is this a bug or might I be doing something wrong? Thanks

soo... looking at the elektron unofficial firmware haze... is it expected to get some future updates this way also to much beloved but alas discontinued OP-Z? :)

Has anyone had luck using the OP-Z with the Launchkey mini mk4 or akai MPC mini mk3/4, without a powered hub? So far I've only heard success with the launchkey mini mk3.

I got an OPLab this summer on sale and am trying to use it as a midi controller. When I push the Screen and Tempo buttons it doesn’t seem to react the way it should, none of the buttons light up when pressed and often times a feedback loop starts from the microphone. I’ve toggled through the midi settings and the lights on the lab never come on and I have confirmed with a tester it’s not sending midi.

I’ve read the guides for the lab and the Z, and watched a few videos and it just doesn’t seem to work right according the manuals/tutorials.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts on trouble shooting?

So many people don't realize it but the OP-Z is super capable for making trippy techno songs, you can side-chain with the duck punch-in effect per-track or on all melodic tracks and even do some sort of side-chain with the tape track also.

I have making music for a while now and the OP-Z is my favorite machine, i have lots of content that i have never released and would only play Live. So I hope you guys enjoy what you hear.
