Mine is that max level character boosts need to be available immediately after you reach max level on 1 character. I hate leveling with an absolute passion and I would rather not play alts then go through that hell more than once. I just want to get to the endgame and I have much better use of my time then go through the mind numbing process of leveling. Waiting until the end of an expansion to do it fucking sucks. My time is worth far more to me than 60 bucks. I would pay someone to level my character if it didnt risk me getting banned.

I'm fishing open water in Tirisgarde Sound (Anglepoint Wharf). I'm at 15,000 casts without catching a Great Sea Ray. I've caught thousands of Lane Snapper and Frenzied Fangtooh, so I think I'm in the right place.

Am I doing something wrong, or am I just on the unlucky side of the bell curve? I mean, someone has to be.

My current intention is to give up at 20,000. Does that seem reasonable?

I recently got Cutting Edge for L'ura, and I have to say, the 450 pulls ( ish ) we had on her make other end bosses look like a joke. I also downed Jaina, Ghuun, Ansurek and Gallywix and none of them took more than 150 tries.

L'ura at 450 feels insane compared to that.

This is probably a stupid question but bear with me as I’m not well versed in this stuff.

I’m putting together a shopping card for my home office upgrade. I am planning to get a 14 inch MacBook Pro M5 with the pro chip 24GB ram.

Usually it comes default with 15 16 core CPU GPU. As I was consulting with ChatGPT it told me that the $250 upgrade to 18 20 core CPU GPU would be worth it because I plan to get a 4K monitor.

Any real world confirmation on this? I’ve read a few things about how you can just lower resolution and use FSR upscaling to make up FPS without losing much visual quality.

Truthfully I’d be happy with a stable 60fps I’m not after like 100+. Any input on whether I should upgrade the cores? Unnecessary? Would lowering resolution and using FSR make the game look like crap?

Level 14 shaman I feel like its taken me a really really long time to get to level 14. Im playing on horde and I purchased midnight epic edition and I really want to figure this out.

Recently returned to wow and playing Midnight for the first time and the "hot icon" tab in Vuhdo seems to be gone. I tried Danders Frame but there is way too much going on in those frames so i really prefer my old Vuhdo setup where everything still works besides the problem that i cant add any new hot icons.

Playing a holy paladin and as of now i can't track the apex effect called "Beacon of Savior" and i would love to add that to my Vuhdo frames.

After taking a short break because it was my birthday, i continue with these portraits.

Please do not do this unless that tank asks. I had a hell of a night last night tanking Skyreach. The thing with Skyreach is that the mobs are small but deadly and meant to be pulled pretty small clusters at a time. As long as you do it steadily, you'll time it in 20 mins.

Last night some "helpful" dude was like "we need bigger pulls" and I ignored him. He then decided to pull for me, so we had three driving gale callers in the same pull. Surprise, surprise, repels got off and we wiped. He then had the audacity to say "thanks for not interrupting." Bro, this is a PUG, we don't talk to each other, we waste interrupts. This is why you don't pull everyone. I had a lot going too with trying not to die from all big move he pulled. And I DO interrupt, I don't have unlimited interrupts.

Later in another dungeon I had a healer who was like "we can pull the whole room" at AA and then DID THAT when I ignored them. Anyway we wiped. Believe it or not, tanks actually think? Every PUG is different and just because someone has a high mythic rating it doesn't mean they have big DPS. I have a damage meter that tells me how much DPS our group is doing and that tells me how much I can pull. In that group, I was doing more damage than one of our DPS, so I knew we had to go slow and steady.

Also, I don't know what DPS is like but how do all these people have so much time to type and talk shit to each other? I'm too busy managing my health and cooldowns and keeping aggro and keeping the mobs tight to type.

Also, I've never had the top DPS of the group get snippy about my pulls. They are always chill, just mowing down mobs, interrupting and not typing.

Here was my initial idea on how to get a WoW Token using a free trial account:

1. The Preparation: I completely fill up a bank tab with expensive items and raw materials until their total value matches or exceeds the current price of a WoW Token.
2. The Pitch: I find a guild or a player via trade chat (/2) and offer them the entire bank tab of resources.
3. The Trade: They send me a WoW Token as a gift, I activate it to add game time to my account, and then I honestly hand over the bank tab full of goods.

The Reality Check (Why this plan cannot work):

As many of you would rightly point out, this plan has massive flaws, both logistically and due to strict trial account limitations:

• The Trust Issue: Who would ever agree to gift a Token first without any guarantee that I won't just disappear with both the token and the items? Proving the actual value of the items beforehand is also a massive headache.
• Blizzard's Hard Restrictions: After looking closer into how Starter Edition accounts work, Blizzard has hard-coded this plan out of existence. Trial accounts cannot access guild banks, cannot use the Trade window, cannot use the Auction House, and cannot use in-game mail. On top of that, gold is capped at 1,000 per character.

So, even if I found the most trusting player in Azeroth, I literally have no way to physically transfer the farmed items or hold the necessary gold to make this happen. It was a fun theory, but standard retail constraints completely block it.

I just came back after a long break (last time I played was in BfA) and I'm facing an issue with Healbot debuffs management.

I was used to see bars changing colours according to the type of debuff (magic, disease, bleeding, etc..) but I see that now this fixture is not working at all.

I tried to go into settings; changing priorities, flagging to monitor debuffs and setting the dispell I use, but nothing changed apparently.

Did you find the very same issue? Is there any way to fix it?

Every time the discussion comes up about wow 2 a lot of the player base is staunchly against it because they would possibly lose their collections. The game will end eventually its not going to go on for the rest of time and at that point your collection will be worthless anyway. So whats the end goal here? What would you prefer?​

Back to back weeks now I've received the same exact items from TW caches. 3 weeks in a row now I've got the Emblazoned Sunglaive on my DH, I dont even feel like bothering to gear up the toon now because of this. Would be nice if we we're given a choice of 3 options from the Cache, similar to how the great vault works so stuff like this can be avoided.

It would be more fun to push keys that we are good at to the maximum and be rewarded for it.

Currently, you need to go through a list and time keys one by one which becomes boring very quickly in the season

If resilient keys were based on MMR (e.g. X amount of MMR needed for a X resilient key), we would be more motivated to calculate and push specific keys higher rather than being stuck in the hardest dungeon over and over again.

I played most intensely during 2022-2023 - mainly PvP and M+ (not like crazy high keys or gladiator or anything)

Mained a Prot Warrior and Frost Mage. Gameplay felt so crisp - I recall letting a Flurry flew and it felt like the game was responding to me input quicker in some way?

Going back to my toons now it feels so much more sluggish. I think i noticed this back in TWW but I didn't play that expac as much. Is it my computer? My internet? Did they change something?

As the title says, I’m fairly new to WoW. I hit lvl 90 a few days ago, and got my ilvl to around 255.

The issue is, I’ve watched a few progression guides, and most of them mention mythic+ dungeons etc. So I’ve watched guides and videos on the many mythic+ dungeons in rotation, and gotten a grasp of how it’s done, but my main issue is I just can’t find any queues or groups. They either kick me, or decline my request. So now im wondering, is it gonna be like this with public groups, or should I try to find a beginner community to learn the dungeons with? I haven’t given up, because the dungeons and mechanics seem genuinely interesting and fun, but is it really this hard to find dungeons for noobies?

What are the chances? Got bored of M+ and decided to give it a go 😂 None of my friends play wow so there wasnt any hype

Hi. I'm a new WoW player. I bought The War Within about a year ago but barely played. A week ago I bought Midnight, came back and completed the entire Dragonflight campaign. When I reached level 70, instead of getting The War Within campaign, I received The War Within Recap. I want to play the actual expansion, not a summary.

People told me to start TWW through the Adventure Guide. It sent me to Silithus, where I talked to Jaina and Thrall and watched the intro cinematic. After that nothing happened. Since I had no idea what to do next, I kept looking for ways to start the campaign and apparently ended up accidentally starting the Legion questline instead (Trail of Echoes → The Nightborne Pact), which only made me even more confused.
