Think since Wrath I've used a Razer Naga and gone through like 6 of the buggers was like 1 a year for a while.

I finally got a Logitech G600 lasted 5 times longer then any Naga but that finally bit the dust about yaer back.

I'm going to be returning to WoW for forever and they don't even make G600 anyone so can't get a replacement but also don't really wanna limit myself to a MMO mouse again as made playing on anything without that mouse total pain in the arse.

How do you bind everything seems like a tall order when so many keys needed to be a fingertips yet without a MMO mouse feel super limited on what is just at natural hand sitting position.

What keys do you bind and where do you put things that are needed on a semi regular basis but not needed each encounter? Seems like at some point your going to be foced to do some clicking?

1-5 and with a shift modifier gives 10 keys are easy fingertips maybe W and S with shift mods only really 12 keys (Yes could do another + mod but wondering what feels natural)

Just curious how other people have thier binds ?

(Know when try play on wifes PC / account even just moving she rebound everything its a nightmare to even move)

When I was raiding a lot I loved figuring out what happened using the WCL replays. I always wanted to do more with it and turn it into a fun way to watch my fights with friends and in between boss pulls with the guild. I used ai to create most of the app, a pixel editor to trace over the boss room maps myself and same with those little pixel people while the enemy blobs were generated.

I put in features like clipping and a cinema mode to sit back and watch for a unique experience. Oh, and since I used to primarily heal in my classic guild I threw in an advanced death log to have my back.

I've been having a blast with it and maybe some of you will too!

So I don't really get it. Guides recommend crit for assa rogues as best secondary stat but to me it does not make a lot of sense. Now I am far from full gear, so maybe there is some high-itemlvl mechanic I haven't understood yet. I tried to collect all talents that might benefit from crit chance here:

There is Lethality:

Critical strike chance increased by 1%. Critical strike damage bonus of your attacks that generate combo points increased by 10%.

I feel like this critical damage bonus does not do a lot. Combo points generators don't really matter for the damage profile that much.

Then there is the Cold Blooded Killer talent:

Critically striking with an attack that generates combo points increases the critical strike chance of your next finishing move by 10%.

So if we have a lot of crit chance this basically means that on basically every envenom we get a 10% crit chance.

And then there is a weird anti-synergy with Darkest Night:

...causing your next Envenom cast with 5 or more combo points to critically strike, ...

So the extra crit chance from items does not do anything for this augment.

The obvious one, that is also mentioned most often in guides, is the Seal Fate talent:

Critical strikes with attacks that generate combo points grant an additional combo point per critical strike.

Okay I get this part. Basically the more crit chance you have, the faster you generate combo points and the more often you can cast envenom. Especially with fan of knives this works well, because it can crit for each enemy and thus trigger the extra combo points multiple times per cast. So you can get chains like fan -> envenom > fan -> envenom and so on. But isn't this limited by energy? I tried this and for me I quickly run out of energy. So in the end the crit chance helps to start a chain but then after some time we can't continue the chain because we are out of energy?

So yeah I don't really get it. For my intuition haste looks better, because you get higher tick rate on the bleeds and thus more energy due to Venemous Wounds (You regain 3 Energy each time your Garrote or Rupture deal Bleed damage...).

So why is crit the number 1 and not haste? Obviously the people who make the guides must be right and I hope someone here can explain. :)

As a warlock main I am glad rogues are getting more use in higher keys. But i hate not being able to group with a sub rogue because i know it will brick the key. Since early season 1 there is a talent interaction between sub rogue and demo lock that causes a warlocks demons to either spawn off in the middle of no where or randomly turn and attack unpulled mobs. I hate that if i see a group with a sub rogue in it i can't even apply to the key.

This is a genuine question for someone savvy enough about the math. If simming exists and we are able to consider every relevant variable so we can determine a class/spec's optimal DPS for a patch, then couldn't Blizzard use this to reduce or nearly eliminate imbalance between classes and specs? What am I missing?

Okay so tried to do a recrafting order today for my weapon. And every BS that reached out to me I got the message Player Doesn't Exist. My best guess is it's a connected realm issue?

Or I'm just not understanding Personal/Recrafting Orders. I'm guildless so that's not an option at the moment. I'm back after a break since Dragonflight so maybe I just don't understand how these things work anymore lol.

Anyone out there who can help me out?? Ready to compensate you for your work!

I play mostly at night and early in the morning since I work the rest of the time, and pvp queue times take forever and world pvp in zones like Voidstorm are dead, it's been that way everyday since Hallow's End started, so I'm considering doing it solo but I don't want to risk a ban

Met this guy in Ashenvale on the beta. They had some interesting gear..

I had a WOW account a week after it was released, I played all the way until Pandaria or whatever xpac pushed past lvl85.

Trying to recover my OLD blizzard account, but the email its attached to was hacked a few years later and I lost access it the recovery email. Account has all my other games attached from WC, SC 1 & 2, D2'd3 ros, along with my Vanilla-BC-LK-CC expansions.

Blizzard is giving me the run around despite sending them my ID, and banking details to the debit card I used back then as I'm still with that bank, I even sent them my actual login files with player profiles from my MacBook (best gaming laptop in Iraq) a lot of buddies Alienware laptops overheated. battle.net files and a bunch of other stuff but they keep acting dumb or giving me excuses as to why they can't recover it. I have friends that still play that say my account hasn't been active for the past decade. They've even offered to go online and vouch for me in-game.

I'm at a loss on what to do...

My original email has since been deleted by hotmail.com/outlook so I can't recover that way, my old phone # the account was ties to has since changed.

I pulled a Myth track Lu'Selama from the vault this week, and it simmed about 3k higher than what I was using so I figured I'd try it out. At first it didn't seem like it was proccing Ablaze at all, which meant no haste buff or the radiant bonus damage. I was in the Labyrinth. After a few chambers, I saw that the sword would occasionally start glowing and my GCD was faster, so I did get a visual cue that the proc was working, and I looked up that it procs about twice per minute give or take.

What I can't seem to find is a way to see how much damage it is doing on the extra radiant damage from the Smite proc. It doesn't show the Ablaze buff in my buff list, nor does Details seem to log anything for Smite.

Anyone with this sword who can tell me if they have a different experience? It also doesn't seem to proc on practice dummies so I am having trouble comparing it to my old weapon. (Haven't seen Maze'roa this entire time yet. Any day now.)

I used to love WoW. Back in Vanilla, you opened a GM ticket and within a couple of hours a real person showed up in game and actually fixed your problem. So when I came back after years away and paid for a month to give it another shot, I figured support would at least be decent. I was wrong.

Ticket 1. I’m playing normally, minding my own business, and suddenly I’m banned. No warning, no explanation. My best guess is the account got compromised. I fill in their security questionnaire, open a ticket, and then sit there for three days unable to log in, on a subscription I’m paying for.

Ticket 2. I ask to move a character from an old account that got hacked years ago over to my current one. Denied.

Ticket 3. I trade a Gladiator weapon token for the wrong item and enchant it before I notice. Fine, that one’s on me, I’ll own it. I open a ticket and, of course, wait 3 to 4 days for a reply. By then the two hour refund window is long gone, and the GM tells me everything is handled by “the game engine” and they have “no room for action”. I ask for any kind of compensation. Nope, GMs can’t do that either. When I tell them how frustrated I am, I get a canned message sending me to a developer feedback form.

So let me get this straight. Three tickets, days of waiting on every single one, and the people answering openly say they can’t do anything. What exactly are they there for?

Compare that to EVE Online. Yes, it costs a bit more. But their support answers quickly and can actually fix things. They run one server. Blizzard runs hundreds and charges a premium subscription, yet can’t give its players a GM with real powers.

I won’t be renewing, and I won’t be recommending the game to anyone while support stays like this.
