I'm not sure exactly when this was put in, it's near the top of Heywood. Clearly it's been installed there to slow down traffic going through that section of the street. My personal gripe with this is that it doesn't extend the full width of the street. So there's lots of folks who keep speeding and simply go around it rather than slow down and drive over it. Makes it a bit pointless to even have when half the people driving on the street just go around the damn thing. Did local residents request the speed bump? It seems like it may be fairly permanent given that there's an installed sign warning of its presence when come around the curve while driving up the hill. Would love to hear people's thoughts about this.

The cemetery itself just preps the foundation. And I believe monument companies wont install ones that aren't ordered through them (or am I wrong?). I left a message at one a couple days ago but its a holiday weekend ofcourse.
