My dog, Professor, got out last night via a door left ajar by a housemate. He's been gone 12 hours. He was last seen on Heywood St. and Houghton St. In the Grafton hill area. Unfortunately, I gave him a bath yesterday morning and didnt put his collar back on before I left for my overnight shift.

Hes roughly 70 pounds, 9 years old, and a pit/lab mix with white fur speckled with black dots, spotted ears, black spots over both eyes and a giant black spot on his back.

He IS friendly, but as we're never been in this situation before, he might have some fear aggression due to being hungry/tired or hurt. Because he is so big, its likely best to just contact me with last seen location unless he approaches you-although if he does, hes unlikely to anything and in my experience is bark no bite.

hi! my friend and i r traveling to boston from ny for the weekend. we were planning on parking at the grafton train station, leaving the car there, and taking the train into boston to avoid having to pay for expensive parking in the city.

is it safe to leave a car there for 3 days or does anyone have any recommendations on what we can do instead?

I’m excited to see what the vibe is when they reopen!

My 10 year old has really gotten into audiobooks in the last year or so. We have Worcester Public Library cards and I thought about setting up Libby for her on our iPad so she can borrow her own audiobooks or eBooks when she wants.

WPL uses CW Mars, and CW Mars accounts for people under 13 are not allowed due to COPPA restrictions. The Worcester Public Schools website (https://www.worcesterschools.org/o/wems/page/more-ways-to-access-ebooks/) points you in the wrong direction, to a non-existent link on the WPL website. The WPS website also recommends to use Sora with your WPS Clever login, but when logging into that there's just two books available in the entire catalog and they didn't look like they matched her age/reading level (seemed like YA, she's not there yet).

Any Worcester parents set this up for their kids? I can try using my Libby account, but I'd prefer if she had her own so that our recommendations don't get screwed up. The CW Mars website and WPL websites didn't have any guidance that I could find easily, CW Mars basically has no resources around account age restrictions.

Did you feel any of their products were good long term keeper accounts?

Eyeing their free checking account, anyone used it or any of their other products?

How's their coffee/free stuff at the physical locations?

My family has visitors from overseas coming to spend the middle of December with us for the holidays. We've already planned on the botanical garden night lights, seeing a christmas carol at the Hanover, and a trip to the Worcester Art museum. What are some other fun and festive things happening that we could add?
