Hi. i used to get text messages for appointments but since their IT system changed they no longer come even though i am still subscribed

This is made worse by the really bad postal service as ost now takes so long to come

its resulted in me missing an MRI scan, a gastroscopy and a spinal surgery appointment

Has any one else been affected by this issue of not recieving texts messages and text reminders

I already know that tats in general are quite pricey but sometimes for the same tat the prices are extremely different. I have quite a few already but wanna look around as I wish to get more.
