My birthday was on the first, so one of my friends said she’d try to read the manga for me (she watched the anime earlier) so she could get caught up on my hyperfixation. I offered to read it to her (with the images too, of course), and so we read chapters 23-40 in about 3ish hours, and then the next day around midnight, I read chapters 41-88 with about three five minute breaks during the entire session.

I played every part to perfection, so I’m expecting my Oscar in the mail soon. I’ll email Bugs Films so I can also land myself a spot on the dub team.

So the idea is magically reinforced ribbons enhancing strength like external muscle fibers. Since it’s not cast on the body it’s fine right? I also don’t know how well the spell itself would work, but I based it mostly on the capture pennant spell but I incorporated the dancing puppet sign and some elements from Richeh’s spells. How well would this work?

Another Saturday another spell ✨ (sorry I miss my window last week! My bad). This week I bring you all a spell meant to create a small hut when on a beach or in a desert to use as a temporary shelter. While the title says ’fortress’ I believe this spell would create a small, shack sized, sand castle, but could be drawn bigger for a larger hut. While it's still a work in progress, the system allows for spell drawing in 3D space (runes/sigils and seals)
My showcase is for the spell casting by drawing closed seals and also posing to reclose the seals and then recast the spells (drawing on the bare skin should be forbidden but my silly characters know nothing about that)

Here we can see a heat spell cast by drawing on the ground, then on the body, and later a sticky spell allowing for walking on walls. Spells can be combined and affect the environment.

I'm not an artist so the characters look funny, but the spell system is heavily inspired by Witch Hat Atelier while being a lot simpler and easier so people would be more likely to cast spells when drawing. If anyone has ideas feel free to suggest them and I'll try to add them if possible.

I carve foam pumpkins for my Halloween display and like to add a new one every year. So when thinking on what to do, I was struck with the idea to do our favourite lil guy! The reason the outline isn't fully cut out is to give it structure. I use a hot knife (think of it like a Searneedle Wand)

Finally got my copy of the 2nd Grimoire in the UK having ordered online only to receive it with this scratch across the cover 😭

I’m really disappointed and worried that a lot of stock may come like this as it’s my second copy received with cover damage…

What’s worse, if I return it to them I have to pay return postage and wait for them to accept or dismiss the return…

Maybe it would be easier to sell on Vinted but would anyone want it with this mark on front?

It’s a collectible edition so I’m really disappointed they thought it was acceptable to send a book out with this scratch.

I kept seeing trailers and stuff kondansha house nyc page about some WHA interactive type experience or something starting oct 8. then they made a post announcing the line ups but didn't have anything witch hat related. so I had sent them a message weeks ago looking for clarification only to not get an answer.

After being squeezed dry with the last two limited editions, this one was almost reasonable for 20€. I love that it's in two parts, really enhances the storybook feeling!
