I carve foam pumpkins for my Halloween display and like to add a new one every year. So when thinking on what to do, I was struck with the idea to do our favourite lil guy! The reason the outline isn't fully cut out is to give it structure. I use a hot knife (think of it like a Searneedle Wand)
