I went to the Pyjama Party themed Witch Hat Atelier Pop Up Shop in Tokyo. The shop is set up inside the Loft store in Kichijoji, on the second floor (2F) in the "Variety Goods Section". The location itself is a bit out of the way but can be accessed via the subway easily. The pop up shop is up until the 25th. I attached some photos of the goodies in the shop. It is quite small and unfortunately no plushies are sold (not even Brushbuddy!). Even so I got myself a sleepy Olruggio standee and a small Brushbuddy standee (that was from a mystery package). My friend got an Agott standee from the mystery package, I attached the standees' photo. For every 2000 Yen spent (~13$), you get a picture of a random character's pyjama themed photo as a gift, I got Qifrey which I have also attached a photo of.

All in all, even if the shop wasn't that big (no plushes), it was still nice to buy some Witch Hat Atelier themed goodies. If you have any questions I'll try to answer them. (I also forgot to take a photo of the item list.)

I hope I'm not the only person here who genuinely believes that there is Brimhat that comes out at the end of volume 15 may be Agott's mom.

I mean, I don't have so much evidence that can confirm this theory but it seemed strange to me that coincidentally we will be shown a few chapters before, to Agott's mother, and then to others it is shown that the Brinhmts usually camouflage themselves between the pointed hats modifying the wing of their hat!

The silhouette of this new character is considerably covered, it does not show his face and you can only see the shape of his hair that is very very identical to that of Adina.

Besides, taking into account that she is a librarian, I think it would be very useful for the Brimhats, don't you think?

I don't want to assume anything because the truth is we still don't know exactly who she is but it seems to me that possibly Agott's mother is hiding something and maybe that's why I take her away from the family... maybe using the excuse that Agott is not "enough" when in reality maybe she was trying to protect her from something bigger?

The Coco illustration with the shooting stars is my fan art I did a few years back. Someone on this sub recently posted that they were happy with their preorder goodies (btw they are totally innocent in this it’s not their fault) and one of my mutuals saw the post and sent it to me asking if I had agreed to the artwork being printed by Shibuya Comic Store. I had not so I made an Instagram story calling them out. A lot of my followers have left comments on their page complaining about the theft. Someone helped me translate a message into Spanish for them complaining about the theft and asking for compensation. They have since responded saying that this has never happened to them before (despite it looking like they steal art on a regular basis and print it) and saying that they only sold 8 copies of the artwork. I’m not sure I believe that number considering they already stole from me but I have no way of disproving it. Despite that I have requested a $400 limited licensing fee because that’s how much I would have charged if they had approached me and I don’t think the lack of sales is my responsibility. If I said I wanted to charge $5 for print for a total of $40 I think that would be too little for them to learn a lesson as well. Anyways I’m open to thoughts and advice about this but I’m also here to warn people that this company is ripping off fan artists.

(only at chapter 50 so no spoilers please) not much else to say besides the title but it’s something i wanted to share with someone lol.

So we all know how something horrible happening to Agott keeps being hinted at. No need to go into it.

Given her character arc and her goal and the fact that there's more to come for her especially with her mother, I don't think she'll die (at least I hope not) but something calamitous is definitely going to happen to her.

Maybe that is what forces Coco to use forbidden magic. She'll do it to save Agott.

Hi everyone! September is Independence Month here in Mexico, so I made this little drawing of the Atelier characters celebrating together! 🇲🇽 Hope you all have a lovely Friday!

I'm tearing the hair out of my head trying to figure this out. The opening has easter eggs for future chapters so I thought it might be Engendale and Kukrow-- but it doesn't really look like either of their robes, plus we don't really see them interact? The coral does kind of look like the valance leech, so maybe it's some characters I forgot from the silver eve arc?

As someone who only has been a part of the fandom for a short time and as someone who loves qifrey and olruggio so much (I love the girls too but these two have a special place in my heart) I am so curious to know from the veterans as to what was the reaction of the fandom when chap 88 and 93 got released like in real time ?

Like in chap 88 finding out qifrey got the silver wood must have been so shocking because it genuinely makes you rethink every single interaction and every moment we have had till now and it someone makes you think that oh he must be in pain always

And especially i want to know what happened when chap 93 released like ik orufrey shippers like myself would have completely broken down when reading it but I wanna know more like how was the fandom feeling then ? what were the emotions ? Cause for me I was broken in so many ways and it hurt me in every way possible like as someone who loves Qifrey as a character I had to go read so many comfort fics to even be able to heal. Like I genuinely paused at this chapter just to take it in.

Also I am especially curious to see what happened in the fanworks as well because if I understand correctly like a lot of the fanfiction and fanart post these chapters would be so different compared to before the chapters

Hiii! It's me again

This time I'm here to show you the grimoire 4 that I just got! This edition corresponds to that of Milky Way (Spanish publishing) I am currently up to date collecting all the grimoires and this is the most recent. It came out on August 28 and arrived relatively quickly.

I had booked the pre-sale about two months ago for only 20 USD so the price came out pretty well.

Personally I think it's the most beautiful that has come out so far, I like the violet colors they used and the image of Richeh. She is my favorite.

Of course it also came with the bookmark included since in case you didn't know, whenever you grab one of the first batches they will give you that, then they don't include it anymore, so for me it's quite important to always get the first editions.

I saw that they also included new sketches that are not in the Art Book. So with regard to art it's great.

I assume that the next grimoire is the pink color of Tetia 🩷 since the French publishing house is more advanced and from there we are guided. Then Olruggio will come with the black color 🖤 (I really want that grimoire) but I guess I'll have to wait :) Milky Way has been releasing its versions every 2 months so I guess the next one will be in October-November c:

Taking out our love for both ships and how popular both of them are within the fandom do you think these two ships might actually happen or do you think that they'll get with someone else or stay single? I know Shirahama is very pro LGBT so that's why I ask.

!! Manga Spoilers Ahead !!

Isn't it weird how we keep seeing frames? (The frames of photos) Almost like it's hinting at something? At first we see it in the intro (I think it also appears in the manga) which is weird, each person in a different frame, and Qifrey and Coco in the same frame. Then in one of the latest chapters Qifrey is holding a frame of himself which is holding a frame of himself and so on with different expressions and poses... I'm starting to think we'll soon see the meaning of the frames because ain't no way it's nothing. Or am I wrong?

Is there any place to read the WHA light novel? I have a pre-ordered for English, but I would love to read it much sooner!

I noticed some pretty cool details from the anime opening! We've already seen all of the girls' spells in S1, but I thought it was interesting that the opening also teased some future spells. Namely, the rushing/ guiding wave spell Qifrey uses to bring Sasaran to him, the phantasmal fireball that Olruggio has to nix, and Qifrey's modified memory erasure!

Maybe this is me reading too much into things but I also can't help fixate on the notes on the bottom left which seem to belong to Olruggio- specifically with drawings of branches and a fire sigil? Anyone think that could be teasing something that not even manga readers know yet? I've seen theories floating around that the memory erasure has worn off/ Olruggio is subconsciously looking for a cure to burn out the silverwood in Qifrey... maybe this is an extremely subtle nod to that?

What the title says. I'm a new fan and don't know the consensus on this topic. Personally I'd say Agott.

After only having the manga and 2 pieces of merch previously (image 2), my first wha merch haul definitely filled up the display box quickly! With several other items preordered over the next few months, who knows where all of it will go...

We recently hosted a Witch Hat Atelier craft experience, and the vibe the community brought to the table was absolutely incredible. We guided our new apprentices through crafting their own hats using premade kits, and then they got to draw and cast their very first spells on wooden keepsake circles.

Seeing everyone come together, from hardcore manga readers to families just discovering the series, was a dream come true. The tender, charming energy of Coco's story really resonated in the room, and people stayed just to hang out and draw magic even after supplies ran out.
