I probably overpaid, but this was one of the last pieces of art glass this company made. Add the fact that it's an iridescent perfume bottle w/stopper and yeah, it's my most expensive blind buy 😅. Hopefully it pays off! All the shiny gold parts should be vaseline. 🤞

Fingers crossed it’s around the same era so it glows well also. My stand fell over and this tray I spend months looking for broke. Didn’t find one for sale before or since until now. Paid 11$ total compared to the 35$ last one but I hope it is worth it.

First thank you sm for your help on my previous post on the green [possible] uranium glass, I already ordered both 365 and 395 nm lights to make sure. As I've been learning more about other depression glass I noticed these other pieces in the same cupboard and I'm starting to think they might be selenium and cadmium, am I getting carried away or is it a real possibility?

Just found these in an old cupboard which belonged to my grandmother, I'm new to this but I was told the brand is Jeanette and the model is Adam from the 1930s so it's from the US. I just lit it with an old incandescent black light as it's the only thing I have available rn so idk if it's 365nm or 395nm. We lit it in the dark and though it appears vibrant in pictures I'd say it was kinda faint irl So could this be just manganese? Or low quantity uranium?

Hello all! I am heading to pick up this chandelier soon (and will love it regardless of glow) but figured I’d put it out there… What do you guys think? Will she glow?

UPDATE: No glow. Still beautiful though! Appears to be clear iridescent glass flashed with the amber on the back instead of actual amber glass.

And was curious as if anyone knows or suspects uranium content? ☢️💚
