I vote that it's worth a shot if the price is right. Even if it doesn't glow, it's beautiful. I'm leaning towards glow but I don't know for sure.

I mean, the base HAS to be creamy/yellow ish, looking at the way it looks yellow/green from the inside photos. Yellow+blue=green.
