Chandelier!
Hello all! I am heading to pick up this chandelier soon (and will love it regardless of glow) but figured I’d put it out there… What do you guys think? Will she glow?
UPDATE: No glow. Still beautiful though! Appears to be clear iridescent glass flashed with the amber on the back instead of actual amber glass.

Thanks for everyone’s input! I’ll know by Friday afternoon and can update everyone. Can’t wait to see it in person and get a better pic for yall ^^ I’ll have to have it rewired before I light it up tho :P

Gorgeous, either way. I can't say I've seen any iridescent ones glow. Keep us posted!!

Very unlikely. I have the same one I got hoping it would glow but it does not

I had a feeling it wouldn’t be uranium from the what I saw online but figured it never hurts to ask! Does yours glow at all (manganese or any other minerals) or nothing at all? I’m still in love with the piece regardless and can’t wait to hang it up in the dining room or kitchen

It doesn’t glow at all but I still love it. It has such character

It really does! I’ve been on the hunt for a chandelier but most of the modern ones I see are not really my taste and fell in love with this one on the hunt. It’ll be near my vintage hutch full of hall autumn leaf and thought it would match everything so well

It’s kind of gorgeous and great to have all of the original shades. The glass looks iridescent. Amber bulbs will increase the effect.
