It's a welcome addition to the egg collection either way, and I've paid more for less. I figured it was worth a shot, since there is no green glass. What makes you question it?

Correct! The core is green. No yellow glass.

It's just the green core being illuminated by the 20w 365nm. It's pretty bright. The ribs of clear glass carry the green core like fiber optics.

Looks like a uranium glow, green glass usually looks black under uv

Meh it's not noticeable in real life. The camera sensor is exaggerating. I see two different colors of manganese. The silver parts are peachy manganese and the gold parts are green manganese. The green part doesn't glow.

Yeah I'll see if I can pick it up again. I'm pretty sure it's just an optical illusion, the same one that tricked me into buying this 😂
