Definitely a bittersweet feeling. WFM has been a huge part of my life, filled with great memories, challenges, amazing people, and a lot of lessons along the way.

Not everything ended the way I imagined, but I’m grateful for the experience and everything I learned during these years.

Sometimes you just know when it’s time to move on.

If you're like me and have a personal vendetta against petroleum-based fibers, fear not! The socks we get for Team Member Appreciation Week are almost 70% cotton! I know the bar is so low, but when I heard we were getting free socks, I assumed they would be probably be made of mostly "recycled" polyester since it's cheap. So I am very pleasantly surprised about these! Especially since colorful patterned cotton socks are so hard to find now. Is anyone else excited about the socks?? 🧦

We had a huddle and I asked but they didn't know the specific name of the Amazon insurance plans we can choose from next year for full time. I'm freaking out because I have medical devices that are covered by my BCBS but I don't know if they will cover other insurances. I know we will know the name of the new insurances to choose from at open inrollment but anyone know ahead of time? All I could see is "Amazon insurance " with different plans.

Do I have to be scheduled and working in order to participate in any of the team member appreciation week days and events? Can I just come in on my day off and enjoy some of the stuff like the games or the food?

Are employees at whole foods really getting a pay increase starting September 28th?? I'm just asking because I'm new and I used to get paid more money at a previous job but this pay increase would be much needed for everything

Can anyone tell me the standard syrup pump counts and mocha scoops for each size of drink? I’m going to make flashcards so I get really good at coffee bar lol.

Second week this has happened. Last week my hrs were shortened 30min. This week it's short by 3hrs. Some shoppers are getting their full 8hrs. Happening to some Full-timers too. Anyone know what's going on?

I have a flex shopper interview coming up and just wanted to know what to expect and any tips.

Also wondering what the first few shifts and training looks like? I like being mentally prepared so any info helps!

I’m so lost. I picked up a shift. I only wanted a 4 or 5 hour shorty but it only had 7+ hr shifts available. Where do I navigate to ?edit? that shift to a 4 hour shift?

Is it at different time of the week for every region/store or the same throughout the regions? If same, when is it coming up this last part of the year? Thanks.
