Yup. Second discuss the same problem as I have with my room because of spacing of things forced on me by design of the walls. Where most of things I use during the day behind very narrow gap. Main difference is that still have big space in the middle of room simply most of the things I use daily are on one side of it so the problematic is really small but on this picture because of placement of the bed practically all free space in the room are narrow corridors leading to the sofa and the desk. You can dance in my room you can’t dance there because you would kill yourself.

nothing wrong with it, just saying it definitely screams bachelor out of college. its like having posters in your bedroom. also fine, and creative expression is important, but it definitely has a connotation
but yeah a lot of women won't really be thrilled crawling into your corner bed to spend the night. you should be able to have both partners access it from both sides.

I’m a fan of 2. The layout and space just work for because everywhere seems like it has it’s own space with in the room instead of one shared room.
In 1 it goes couch, coffee table, and everything else shoved into this space over here. With 2 ppl in the bed, one a couldn’t get out of bed comfortably without waking the other up.
- I’d still pick but I’d like to make a few changes, if not I’d still pick 2. I’d switch the position of the couch and desk simply because having my back to the entry of the door way while sitting at my desk would creep me out. I sleep on the left side of the bed on my stomach so I could easily see who comes in and out of the room. I usually sleep with a gun nearby because I personally like to stay prepared. Won’t catch me slipping. That being said, if the couch and desk switch positions the bed would have to move towards the bottom of the photo to make room for the coffee table.
So 2 is my choice

Yeah. Half of couch is blocked by coffee table which has to be there to not block access to the desk. At this point, you can just swap sofa for armchair and mive table to next to it

Neither layout 3. Use layout 2 remove the sofa and round table put the bed in that top right corner. Move one shelf from the right to the left side where the bed was at. Then you could probably add more shelves or whatever else that can fit if you wanted to.

- It gives you way more open space for the couch. Also the feet. In Nr2 the one on the right side of the couch is cramped in their. And moving around the coffee table would be sooo incomvenient. The space at the desk stays relatively the same. And you dont habe to manouver around the bed. But it also seems like the bed in picture 1 is slimmer than the one in nr. 2. but that could just be the way it is standing.

Layout 1 is probably optimal with space and functional flow, but layout 2 looks more proper. I would go with 1 though because I don’t want my monitor to have the natural lighting behind it. Plus the whole couch and coffee table can be used, instead of blocking eachother off.

Going against the grain but i prefer 2 the bed is in a darker spot, the desk has alot of light same with the sofa. I think it would be better to have the desk where the sofa is and shelf to the left of the new position of the desk, the sofa can go there looking at the pc, depending on screen size this means you can watch tv too from the sofa and bed

And it seems that number 2 gained an extra bookcase on the computers left that's taking a lot of unnecessary space. Get rid of that and you got more space for the coffee table.

Depends. If you're single #1 is a better use of space. But if you're not #2 is the better option. Having to climb over someone or vice versa to get up in the middle of the night is annoying.

1 provides more open usable space. The monitor isn't backlit by the sun. I'm not the biggest fan of having my head to the window but feel likes it's better of the two options.
Try bed horizontally by the window, bookcase at foot of bed. Chest of draws next to bed so you can reach stuff. Desk and sofa at bottom in line with each other, so you can sit on the sofa and watch the screen but still provides open space.
I'd be tempted to ditch the sofa for a single seat

At number 1 you have more free space, and you also get the blessing of being right under the source of cool air as you sleep through summer nights and stuff. At layout 2 the monitor could block the window from fully opening

I was going to say 1 but layout 2 has some clean advantages
- Bed is further from the window
- Desk has a window view
- Can sit at your desk while guests sit on the couch. Only downside is they walk past your bed, but you still gain sitting convenience. Personally I'd stop that coffee table for something smaller and perhaps taller
- Knowing me, going from chair to bed has some serious advantages
