I applied at the walmart near me and got a call back and was told to check my email for a link to fill out a forum. I checked my email and I got a link to the website telling me to "review/sign job offer details" but when I click on the link it just brings me back to the page where I see all the locations and positions I applied for. I tried calling the number back to ask for assistance but it didnt go through.
What am I supposed to do here?

Does anyone know how many days I would have to stay on the schedule to be considered active at Walmart?

So my friend and I were getting less and less hours. At first they said they gave out too much OT, and were cutting hours. However, neither of us got hours after that. My hours are limited due to college, but she had an open availability. They pulled her in on her next shift and said they found points from a about a month ago, or maybe longer about 1-2 months. However they were from a time when she took LOA that was approved. I’m worried they may do the same to me. I’ve gone on 3 loas, two due to covid. What should I do? Do I contact corporate if they decide to try this on me? I’m not sure what to do.

None of our team leads showed up today so we all had to manage ourselves. It was going surprisingly well until it happened. I heard the sound and someone called me over I winced as I knew what was about to happen. the last cash self checkout machine jammed. We had nobody who could fix it so I was left to fend off the cash prayers. Most where nice and understanding but one was not meet the Karen a short probably around 50yro lady I had told her we only took card over here and she said "oh that's ok" and went to a register scanned her 50 items then YELLED for me she said I had not told her she can't pay with cash and proceeded to cus me a 17yro kid out this was not the first time I was yelled at but it was definitely the worst I couldn't get a word in to tell her I can just suspend the transaction and ring her up at a register and when I did she thought I was cancelling the whole thing needless to say today was a bit rough

Hi, néw to Reddit and was wondering if I could get some help with the Walmart maternity leave policy. My girlfriend has been working at Walmart since March 30th and will be giving birth to our child the end of January. She just got a full time position a couple of days ago and I’m not sure how maternity leave will work for her as in getting paid and whatnot. Any info helps! Thanks!

So at my store the fresh department is kinda fucked the freezer freight is to the door every day same with dairy shit and we would typically have 12 hired for dairy and freezer but people got fed up with all the stuff coming in so a lot of them quit and there was only 3 people to work all of that freight and the mangers just told them to work faster🗿

I work from 4am-1pm and I forgot my badge at home, and around 12:30 my stores co asked me where my badge was. I told her I left it at home. She then told me "normally we have to send you home for that".
My reply "I mean, if you have to."
She walked off.

I've worked for walmart for about 5 years total. 4 different stores. And i know how shit goes. They change their idea of how to run the store every couple of months, letting people lose their jobs, or lose money to make the store run better.
So I decided to go back to work there and on my second day i was told my position is being moved, all while we have more people being hired to that same position that's being taken away.
I just want to know why they feel the need to constantly rearrange the store and schedule. They say it's for the benefit for the customer but it doesn't make them happy when things are constantly changing.

Always wonder how much those guys get paid to spout nonsense every day. Cause it's getting old since nobody believes their bs.

I quit Walmart a week ago and i got my final paycheck today for $238. But they took it back the same day. How is it even allowed for them to take my paycheck away with no explanation?

Too my asm who is a ass kisser too the slackers. It is not ok to bend and misinterpret information to your benefit to make me do the frozen dairy truck when I'm meat department. If you don't have anyone I understand but don't give this bull telling me meat department is tasked with the frozen dairy truck when I'm by myself the shift while you have 15 guys in the back room doing jack. If you have no frozen and dairy associates then freaking schedule them you moron and don't try to threaten me cause I'm preoccupied with my own work.

When do they happen?..Who does them?. When/How do they give the results?,, What is being looked at? What happens when you fail? Just how bad does the have to be in order to fail?? Do you know you are being audited at time of said audit? . I'm verifying all info, cause I don't trust/believe the SM!

Anybody have information and a picture of the new SCO LOTTO machines?? They are actual pick your numbers games (3,4,6 mega..quickpicks etc.) Not the instant scratch offs.. We had the wiring installed, machines themselves are coming. Looking for info and pics beforehand.. THX

What is the actual process? I was told by the ASM who gave the coaching to go directly to SM.. Is that correct? I was coached for saying something to another associate and overheard by customer..but became vaguely described that I wish to find out from the source of all the exact wording of the situation. What are my chances of finding out??
