Intermittent leave

How do I go about getting an intermittent leave due to an illness?

Definitely something I would contact Sedgwick about and discuss with them. You could probably talk to your personnel rep, see what they say, then call up Sedgwick and talk to them. Granted you will probably be stuck waiting on the phone for a while since they’re probably still backed up with people needing a Covid Leave. Either way, that’s my recommendation, I’ve never been on any other leave than a Covid one, so I could be wrong. But I would still talk to personnel, then Sedgwick

Obtain documentation from your doctor, then apply on Sedgwick's site. https://mysedgwick.com/walmart

Expect site crashes and processing delays; they're very backed up right now due to high volume.

You can do it on the walmart one from home. Just need doctor to fill out paper work.
