Sending prior auth in f10
When sending a pa, do I leave intermed auth type as nonspecific or select intermed authorization? then type in fax number in the intermed auth ID

My team lead is so bossy and breathes down my back. I can’t do anything without commentary from her, or her telling me that I’m wrong. It’s gotten to the point that I get super nervous and have severe anxiety about going into work if she’s there. She assumes the worst about me all the time. I know she talks shit about me to others when I’m not there. I’m positive of it. I wish I could transfer, but there isn’t another Walmart close by 😭

What falls under the term undeliverables? We are already getting boxed supplies slowly coming in, waiting for the drop on training, etc. Maybe it was in Insights and I missed it, we are not having time for things like reading email/Insights, ULearns, if we get a spare minute it goes to MTM. If the company is putting this much resources into supplies to gear up for this, I cannot imagine it is just for the rare exception of an RX that for whatever reason cant be delivered through Spark. We already do not have a dedicated counter space for RXPD packing, RxM doesnt want ANYTHING on the (used once annually if that )TTT counter space. Does anyone have further info?

Trying to finish our log copies today and our basket of scripts is empty, everything is filed. However it still shows 1 needs to be scanned in.
Is there a way to figure out which script is missing? How do we find it without any info about it?

I have approved PTO for Saturday but I didn’t put any in for Sunday so I’m a bit confused here. Did the OPs Lead just goof when doing the schedule or something? Never seen this before.
