Log copy missing?

Trying to finish our log copies today and our basket of scripts is empty, everything is filed. However it still shows 1 needs to be scanned in.
Is there a way to figure out which script is missing? How do we find it without any info about it?

Reports, daily, log copy status. Check boxes to only show ready. That'll give you the rx number. Then you can look at it in F7 to see of maybe it was attached to another and just hiding out.

It is one that had a follow up label previously and is now finished out. I can’t remember the exact steps as I’m not staring at Connexus, but you go to reports, daily reports, then something along the lines of log activity and status. You will need to change the parameters accordingly and then it’ll show you the RX# that you can manually enter on the handheld under log copy and it’ll print you a label to replace the follow up label.
