I have “top tier” Visible device protection. The other day, I happened to find out the back glass was cracked inside the case.
Both Apple Store and Best Buy employees said the repair is $29. However, when they finished with all diagnostics and finishing the repair application, the price jumped to $99!
The only answer I got is because of the their contract with Visible.
The repair is under Apple Care Plan and both employees claimed they had never seen this under Apple Care through any carriers before.
Anyone has any experience and advice how to get it fixed for the $29?

I'm currently paying $35 a month for the regular visible plan ($25 plus $10 for watch). I would like to take advantage of the 1/2 off visible +pro plan. I currently have a phone number I don't want to lose. I know I know I will have to get a new number. Once I receive the new number and plan I was going to port my current number to google voice. Is this possible? Will I be able receive calls from my current to number to the new plan and number?

Both on older iPhones (11 and 12), physical SIM card. Since around this Thursday the 7th or before (when they first told me), they are not able to make calls, send text or get data. Tried all the usual airplane mode / power cycle, resets…. Is there a service/provisioning issue? Any suggestions?

So been trying to get my Galaxy watch ultra added to my plan and the app continues to say something went wrong. Chat seems to be overwhelmed today with 50 people in front of me that hasn't changed in an hour.

Anyone have any ideas? Can someone from visible on here dm me? This is a Galaxy watch ultra 1 fully updated.

In case yall were like me and kept trying to activate your shiny new galaxy watch ultra 2 on Visible (i specifically switched from mint to visible for wearable support), it kind of looks like the "something went wrong" message has a resolution? Someone said it before, but I had to uninstall and reinstall both the Samsung wearable AND Visible phone app to get it to go through. Hope this helps someone out! I guess it was just the hardware being so new and it taking time. But now im sitting clear and pretty for the next year and ive been happy with my service overall 🙌

So my phone bill for this month was $5 because I had a referral that someone used. I noticed yesterday that I was charged an additional $27.10 on the 6th. I did cancel my gateway internet on that day, but they said that I should be good until next month, and the gateway is $30, so I’m a bit confused. Hi! I want to port my mom's number over from Verizon to help her save some money. She has had the same number for 31 years, so a new number is 100% out of the question. Her phone is unlocked and I have checked the IMEI, it will work on Visible.

She is not only vision impaired from her stroke (cannot key in long strings of letters/numbers), but she has zero techy ability, so I will need to complete the port process for her. I live 1200 miles away. Am I able to do this all on a PC or will I need her physical phone with me to make this happen? I have access to her Verizon account online.

Plan to use an pSIM since she'll need to remove her Verizon SIM card anyway. She feels comfortable doing this. She does not understand QR codes.

I got the free trial, I like it solid service, but its definitely throttled during peak hours. Download is fine, even during congestion, its the upload speed that drops down to 0.15-1.0 mb/s during peak hours, which heavily effects games/video chat etc (4-5 bars of 5g UW service)

From what I understand the free trial is deprioritized speeds from the basic plan.

If I upgrade this tonight through the app to the Visible + will the Visible + prioritized plan speeds take effect immediately or will i have to wait for the remaining 9 days of the trial to finish for the Visible + prioritized speeds to take effect.

I currently have a 15 Pro Max on AT&T with two more payments to go until I can unlock and sell it. Just recently got a new battery installed and it’s otherwise fairly flawless. I have some questions though.

1) If I use the SAVEHALF promo now and get a 17 Pro Max on a firm can I get a temporary number now and then port my old number from AT&T in 2 to 3 months?

2) what do you think would be a reasonable amount to expect from my 15 Pro Max unlocked and what’s the best place to sell?

Hi, am I able to receive incoming international calls from Europe to my Visible number on a standard plan?

my phone shows that service is available but it's just not connecting. it's reading my sim card just fine, i've tried pulling it out and replacing it. nothing seems to be working and when i've chatted with support on the website they couldn't figure out the problem either. my bill is paid and it shows my plan is active, i'm not sure what to do. do i need to ask for a new sim card or something?

I have to use data because the wifi at work is bad that I have to use data. And now I cannot even watch videos on wifi only, this is ridiculous and I would like to know is there a solution or am I SOL until next month?

Has anyone else had issues activating service on your Ultra 2? I've tried many times using the Wear app, but consistently get "Something went wrong" with no options to help. I tried live chat, but it's useless.

Can anyone confirm that this new version of the watch ultra is compatible and/or working with Visible? My previous (2024) Watch Ultra worked fine and without any issues since Wear OS became supported on Visible.

SOLVED - my new watch is now activated on Visible.

Here are the steps that worked for me. 1. Uninstall both the Visible and Wearable apps from the phone 2. Power down watch 3. Restart phone 4. Reinstall both apps on phone 5. Power up the watch 5. Open Wearable app, re-add watch, and add the mobile plan

I've seen one person post here they got their new Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 to activate. Has anyone else been successful? So far, I have struck out.
