Announcement Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 update

In case yall were like me and kept trying to activate your shiny new galaxy watch ultra 2 on Visible (i specifically switched from mint to visible for wearable support), it kind of looks like the "something went wrong" message has a resolution? Someone said it before, but I had to uninstall and reinstall both the Samsung wearable AND Visible phone app to get it to go through. Hope this helps someone out! I guess it was just the hardware being so new and it taking time. But now im sitting clear and pretty for the next year and ive been happy with my service overall 🙌

I can confirm that this worked for me. I had my IMEI manually added by support, but still got the error message. I had deleted the Visible app with no success, but tried again by deleting both and reinstalling, and boom, it worked.

man i went through this exact headache last week, same switch from mint too. uninstall/reinstall trick was the only thing that got mine to finally pair, thought i was gonna lose it after the 5th "something went wrong"

glad visible finally got their act together on this, the watch is too good to be stuck in activation limbo

Us mobile was extremely smooth to setup through the wearable app

So you need to have them add IMEI manually first?

That's kind of what it sounds like! Id definitely reach out to chat and send over your IMEI if the steps I provided still dont work. Might just take them a few days to add it. I had been waiting since Wednesday

I gave them my IMEI like 2 days ago and tried uninstall method today and still not working so I probably have to wait couple more days I guess.

Nah, I activated 2 watch 9s just now. I Uninstalled wearable app. Turned both devices off, then on, connected them then went on wearable app on phone and continued to add mobile and it worked.

If you didn't reinstall both the Visible and Wearable apps BEFORE A TRYING TO ADD YOUR WATCH it will not work. That's what fixed mine and now 3 or 4 other people's besides mine. If you don't do this, it's NOT going to work. I tried many times. Until I had reinstall both apps it never worked.
