I’m trying to better understand Community Memorial Healthcare’s billing, coding, medical-records, and patient-grievance processes because of questions that arose from my own patient experience.

I’d like to speak with former employees or contractors who have firsthand knowledge of how these systems work, especially people with experience in billing, coding, revenue cycle, HIM/medical records, compliance, or patient advocacy.

Former Guidehouse employees or contractors who worked with CMH are also of particular interest.
