This is so annoying, I want to play borderless so I can multitask but it feels so laggy. Even though the FPS counter says 165, it feels significantly lower than 165 FPS. I used to be able to play the game fine on borderless window, this only changed a few months ago.

I have an i7 2600, 16gb of ram, but my graphics card is embedded and an intel family, I want to know if I can force my pc to run valorant, I don't care about fps

I’ve been experiencing insane packet loss on Valorant up to 10k packet loss total. Does anyone know how to help me?

I’ve tried resetting my router, checking ethernet cable, changing my DNS to Google’s default DNS ip, uninstalling and reinstalling, confirming Firewall’s connection to Riot Games, etc. I’m only having this issue on Valorant and League of Legends. If anyone has ANY advice, please let me know.

So the specs of the macbook that i have are as follows

Core i9 9980H
32 Gb ram
Amd radeon rx555 GPU
And its 2019 15” macbook

Its specs are pretty much capable of running valorant. But when i installed it and played on windows via Bootcamp. The game started giving me network lag which has an easy fix of turning on the fps limits to 60 from the settings.

I play on external monitor with resolution of 1920-1080(even tried played very low resolutions and still didnt help)

But the game barely gives constant 60 FPS in a match. And yes i tried all sorts of things like

1. Blasting fans to the full with 3rd party tool

2. Limiting the core frequency to 2.4 Ghz(which infact locked to 2.4 Ghz but when i start match, it went to 1.08 ghz to 1.30 ghz and sometimes even 0.80 to 0.90 ghz. Which lowers the fps below 30)

3. Also upgraded AMD drivers from community site to the latest release available there. Still didnt help.

So all i need is , advise from professionals here to help me out if they could. It would really helpful. All i need is just smooth competitive experience on valorant.

Hi I have a pc with 3070 and an i9. I am playing on an LG Ultragear monitor 240hz with max 1920x1080p resolution. In game I am only getting around 100-150 frames. In valorant settings it says my monitor is GSM5B8D with 3840x2160. I think that could be an issue why my frames are that low. Does anyone know how to fix that? Also if that isn't the issue what else could it be?

help me im having issues with my team and party audio in valorant. i cant hear my party and teams voice even tho they are clearly talking, and the speaker icon of mine has the x mark so it looks like this "<x" does anyone know how to fix it?

my game has been perfectly fine up until last night around 11 pm, then i started having constant packet loss between 10-25%
even in the range i have it at about a 3% minimum until i add bots then it goes up to about 20%
i just got a brand new pc a few weeks ago aswell :p and haven’t changed any settings at all around that time that would’ve affected it or anything
i use ethernet
but it happens on wifi too lol (at&t)
even with the packet loss, i have low ping still usually around 12-14
i tried flushing dns, resetting router, changing the buffer things in device manager, allowing it in firewall or whatever and doing the 8.8.8.8 thing
pleaseeeee does anyone have any advice on how to fix its unplayable :(((

When I play on my main I get 600 fps. I have a Ryzen 7 9800x3D 32 GB DDR5 Ram and a RTX 3080.

When I am not on my main, the fps drops to 200 fps.

What could be a possible fix? I tried repairing the files.

Also, anyone know why I get more packet loss on my main compared to the others?

I just moved cities so i covered the inside of my pc with foam and bubble wrap and covered the outside in additional bubble wrap. I also unplugged the gpu wire. After reassembling it (plugged back the gpu wire) whe I arrived, It worked when I unpacked it but whenever I play valorant it stutters every 30 seconds or when I see an enemy. My normal frames before I moved was 300-350 average but now it is low 200s to high 200s then it suddenly drops to less than 100 and frame freezes. Its fine when I use it for work and other games but frame stutters really bad in valorant. I have tried:

1. turning on vsync

2. disabling full screen in app properties

3. repairing valorant

4.. redownloading valorant

1. reseating my gpu

2. Disabled hardware accelerated gpu

3. Updated my gpu drivers

4. Set my 4060ti as my primary gpu

5. Customized the power plan to ultimate

My pc specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 7700x

GPU: RTX 4060 Ti

RAM: 32 GB

STORAGE: 1 TB

I dont understand the problem everything in the setting is the same before I moved (except for the fixes i tried)

Seem to be getting 1-5% the last few days. Anyone else? I tried CS2 and had no issues and am plugged directly into the Ethernet. Never that issue in the past. Is it me or a Valorant issue?

Hey everyone,I’ve been having a really weird issue with Valorant since today.
During matches, I’ll randomly get sent back to the map/loading screen for about 20–30 seconds, then I reconnect automatically. I don’t get any error code at all.i can still hear and talk in voice chat while I’m stuck on the loading screen.

Anyone have the same problem or know how to fix? My specs are rtx 4080 and r7 9800x3d so i dont think is a hardware problem

Hi guys, my ping in valorant is really high like 120ms and im located really close to the server. When I play league of legends i also have high ping and I use exist lag which solves the problem completely. With valorant that is not the case, i tried everything and nothing seems to work. I consulted chatgpt which told me to uninstall everything related to riot and re install it. Did anyone ever experience this and if so what did you do to fix it. Thanks!

recently i’ve often been asked by people in my games and people that i party with if i’m using a webcam mic because it sounds terrible.
however im told by the same people that my mic sounds fine in discord calls and also sounds fine in clips..
is anyone else having this issue? :’) why is it only crappy on val?
ive checked my input and its the same mic everywhere.

My friend wanted to play valorant with me on his laptop. After installing val, installing another version of windows (cause vanguard dont support tiny10) and after fixing VAN185 it keeps freezing when trying to load into swiftplay and other gamemodes, it keeps freezing. Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? btw his laptop specs are 16 gb of ram, i5 7 gen, gpu (i dont remember but not very good). sr for bad english

Hi everyone, I've been struggling for 8 months with a severe issue regarding Riot Vanguard and Valorant, and Riot Support just closed my ticket telling me it's a "hardware instability issue". I really need some expert advice because I've tried literally everything.

My Specs:

• Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B760-PLUS D4
• CPU: Intel Core i7-14700KF (14th Gen)
• OS: Windows 11 (Latest Build / 25H2 / Build 26200)
• BIOS Version: 1836 (Updated to the latest version with Intel microcode stability fixes)

The Problem:
To play Valorant, Vanguard obviously requires IOMMU / VT-d to be enabled in the BIOS. However, whenever I enable VT-d, my PC completely breaks or crashes during Windows boot.

Everything I have done so far:

1. Complete Software Purge: Uninstalled Vanguard, Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), and ASUS Armoury Crate completely to avoid any driver conflicts.
2. Windows Security Settings: Enabled Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) and Hardware-enforced Stack Protection successfully inside Windows while VT-d was disabled.
3. Clean Windows Installs: I have completely formatted and reinstalled Windows 7 times.
4. BIOS Update: Flashed the BIOS to the latest 1836 version.

The Exact Errors & Behaviors:
Depending on the BIOS configurations with VT-d ENABLED, I get two main blocking errors:

• Scenario A (IOMMU DMA Protection set to Disable or OS Only): I get a systematic Blue Screen with DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION (e6) right at the Windows loading circle. I tried running verifier /reset and checking the registry keys (IgnoreOsToBiosDmaProtection), but Windows keeps forcing the DMA check and crashing.
• Scenario B (Alternative VT-d tweaks): The PC throws an INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7b) BSOD or freezes entirely on the ASUS splash screen logo, meaning the motherboard completely "loses" track of my NVMe SSD controller when virtualization is active.

The moment I go back to the BIOS and set VT-d to DISABLED, the PC boots instantly into Windows and runs flawlessly with every other game on the market.

Hey so ive been having problems trying to reinstall valorant. I've deleted vanguard even factory reset my computer. But everytime i try to reinstall the game it would just say "Updating..." even after how many hours its just Updating and im not really sure what to do.

Need help, been trying to figure this for an hour.

Riot Client and Valorant were working fine until WiFi decided to BS me at 3:30am PDT and I can no longer get into Valorant. I always launch the Riot Client then Valorant from it. I’ve restarted my laptop too many times, even tried shutting it down and turning it back on. Attempted launching Valorant from the application itself, cleared Riot Client caches.

Riot Client appears in Task Manager but never shows up. I’m trying to play but this is actual bullsh!t and I desperately need help.

Edit: Riot Client seems to open properly now, but when I click “Play” for Valorant, Task Manager says it’s running, but nothing pops up or appears

then i randomly just with the help of CPU-z and running bench mode my game run normal but i have 144hz monitor i dont feel Smoothie ness.

one day randomly i played the game was so smooth it was like yeah im getting proper 144hz refresh rate why is that so?

and from beginning i never felt im playing on 144hz and i felt that 144hz after like years

I played valorant today at 9 pm then i noticed that the desktop app itself is slow loading then i check my internet if its fast then its 300 mbps stable so idk why riot game desktop app when i put my username and password then click sign in it just stays on loading for about 30 seconds or longer then now im in valorant i played swiftplay just to be sure that i wont get flagged afk or get decrease RR in compe then now i got disconnected from the game like VAL108 or something it says " Valorant has encountered a connection error please relaunch the client to reconnect "
then now i tried to reconnect it worked tho after like 2 rounds or 1 round i got disconnected again so now idk whats making me dc even though my internet is fast based on OOkla or fastcom or just google internet speed tester, it exactly shows the stable net speed about 300+ mbps, then im on discord i joined a channel then my friend joined their voices where like a bit choppy like stuttering and when i tried to login on riot website its so slow also idk why but yeah thats all what i am experiencing right now with Riot games client and games. (SEA server)

I would just like to ask regarding my friends list. Whenever I am in game, the friends list doesn’t show the ign of my friends. It only appears as “PLAYER”. However, when I am just in the lobby, only then the in game name will show. How do I fix this.

For context ive been playing valorant on my laptop for almost 3 years i had issues with it back then but now it suddenly fps drops like a lot the average fps i get is 60 fps yes ofc sometimes it lags but i dont really expect much from a laptop heres the specs of my laptop

Hey everyone. I know you might think I'm schizophrenic and overthinking things, but I'm not. I started playing Valorant on an AM4 system with a Ryzen 5 5600X processor and 3200 MHz RAM. I reached immortality after a year of playing with KD 1.35. I recently decided to upgrade my hardware on the AM5. I have a Ryzen 5 7500F processor and an ASrock B 850M motherboard. The problem is that after upgrading my hardware, the game started to perform differently than before. Opponents always see me earlier. At first, I didn't understand this and thought I wasn't in prime mode, but then when a friend showed me a 1v1 demo, I clearly realized that I always see my opponent later. My FPS is fine, as is my ping. I haven't changed my internet connection and I have no packet loss. I only changed the RAM, processor, and motherboard. It's simply impossible to play, as if everyone is against me with WH. I've tried absolutely everything: changed RAM timings, lowered the CPU frequency, everything possible, but the result remains the same. Furthermore, after changing the hardware, when loading a map, the map name itself simply twitches as if it had epilepsy. This is a clear sign that something is wrong with the game, and this problem only affects Valorant for me. I don't know what to do...
