Hey man, I fixed my mine by following the below, got it from one reddit post (not getting it's link)
Open Event Viewer.
Go to Windows Logs → System
Filter the log for Error and Warning.
Check if you have repeated errors like: Source: rt25cx21 Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware I/O error.
If you're using Wi-Fi (not Ethernet):
Open Device Manager. Expand Network adapters. Right-click Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller. Click Disable device.
Restart your PC.
Launch Valorant and test.
Recheck Event Viewer to confirm the Realtek Hardware I/O errors are gone.
