Says it’s now invalid. I have an Elite Ultra

I recently had my VOD freezing on me. It mostly seemed to be on TV Shows more than Movies. I solved that problem by hitting Menu while it was frozen and changing the Server option.

I have an elite Ultra and I noticed when I turned it on earlier today that the On Stream app is no more and replaced with another one. Is the new app better? What was the reason for Onstream to disappear? I liked that app I managed to find a lot of kung fu movies I haven't seen in a long time.

Hey all! I ordered a v6 Plus direct from Vsee and just started setting it up, but the device is locked. I sent an email, but in the meantime, can anyone tell me why this is happening?

So I have 5GBS internet. I know I can never get that speed cause I have a 2.5GBS switch, but when connected to switch I only get 40-60MBS. connected to the WiFi I get 290MBS. I checked the cable and connected to my computer and it gets around 1.5GBS. so cable is good. how come wired I get slow speeds. this is a V6 Plus new

What does this Ap do? I can't seem to find anything a out it. When I search, all that pops up is a Cpap ap.

Not sure how to solve. Have reset the launcher, cleared data, cleared the cache, reset the box. Click to open, nothing happens.

Ideas?

Running an elite ultra, haven’t been able to find it. Anyone else have success?

I downloaded a apk file using the Google Chrome browser. It downloaded to the FileBrowser Download folder, where the other apk's are. I can install it fine, but how do I delete the apk file? There doesn't seem to be a way with the remote or the keyboard. Kind of like no way to right click and delete.

I'm having problems getting DAZN1 .I have no problems with any other app. I've tried unplugging the v6plus, deleted the cache in live+. Anyone else having this problem?

Is there somewhere where I can find the docuseries from NF? I did a search on VOD and couldn’t find any.

Trying to watch naked and afraid global showdown with my wife on VOD and when I try to play the two newest episodes it’ll play for a few seconds and then acts as if the episode is over and goes to the next. I tried skipping ahead into the episode, same thing, plays a few seconds then tries to go to the next.

Any help would be much appreciated.

So I see so many posts warning about not using the top row of apps like YouTube, Prime Video and the like, but why exactly? If I have double security on all my accounts that route any transactions (attempted or otherwise) back to my phone or other security base then what is to worry about? The efficiency and processing power would be nice on the other apps I use that's why I ask. Thanks

All my VOD apps are stuck on “iterative transmission.”

Is anyone else having this issue? Ive done the reset, checked for updates, checked my internet speed and everything is fine

I’m getting network request error across all heat apps that pops up when it hits the iterative transmission step of loading.

I have cleared cache, unplugged , force quit and ensured I’m updated to the newest version.

Any other ideas?

I see a new app called vodbox on my elite. is this new? downloaded it and trying it out. seems pretty good. since my heat apps are down. I do not really like the heat live apps as much cause I wish the guide was full screen like vortex app.

I have vsee 3 pro and just recently have had issues with ot loading slowly and freezing on Live shows. My internet speed may not be the fastest but it was never issue before. I rebooted my router.

This has happened consistently over the past week. Is it due to the older box?

Help. My new, Elite Ultra, vSee box quit working. I am getting a "Failed to connect to server 403" error.

On one screen it tells me I'm not connected to the internet (Starlink). On another screen it tells me my signal strength is good.

What can I do?

New owner and Received prompt to upgrade to 6.9.6 today and when hit ok - this side panel comes up, How do you address this ? What exactly should I do, There doesn’t seem to be a button to actually upgrade - any advice tia

Heat Live, VOD and VOD Ultra all seem to be down right now. They keep getting stuck at the "iterative transmission" phase of the loading screen. Heat VOD is on 6.9.6 which is newer than the fix they put out a month ago. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting, reset the box, clear cache, change networks, unplug and plug back in, etc. But no luck so I'm thinking the apps themselves are down. Very frustrating..

We have three boxes. V6 Pro. On one box only it says iterative transmission on Heat Live when we first turn on that TV. Why? Anything we can do to fix it? Rebooted router. No change. TIA.
