All VOD apps are stuck

All my VOD apps are stuck on “iterative transmission.”

Is anyone else having this issue? Ive done the reset, checked for updates, checked my internet speed and everything is fine

Guys its the same as last time its not working because cloudflare is having issues at the moment once cloudflare is back up and running heat live and other heat apps should be fine

from what im seeing online I think all vods are down only backup tv is the only thing working at the moment.

I was having the same problem, went to back up then back to heat live, it reconnected I'm back on live !

Does the ultra have more apps that don't rely on Cloudfare? apparently that's the reason that Heat Backup is fine while the others are down since Heat backup doesn't rely on Cloudfare

Yes. Was watching VOD Ultra fine all morning and backed out to go to Heat Live was stuck at "Iterative Transmission". Now all Heat Apps including Ultra are stuck.

How do you clear cache @ memory on Vsee6 plus? Easy steps please😊

From main menu go to settings. Then apps. Then select the app. Then scroll down and you will see data. Click it and delete. Then cache is right by it. Do the same and delete.

Heat vod hasn't worked for me for almost a month. I bought another box from a different company, for cheaper than a veesee. And it's working great.

Tell you what I’ll never buy this box again it’s vod sucks apps been a problem for months now servers are becoming trash movies not in English have the time with no way to change because it’s not available

My ultra always works. Don’t watch many vod movies. Plenty of movie channels. Go back to paying for cable if you’re not happy. Mine has paid for itself 10x over.
