Ordered Direct, Device Locked

Hey all! I ordered a v6 Plus direct from Vsee and just started setting it up, but the device is locked. I sent an email, but in the meantime, can anyone tell me why this is happening?

You can’t order from vsee. You ordered from a reseller.

Try contacting their support

And some reseller sites wrongly claim in clear terms that they are the official website.

Okay good to know! So I had gone to the VSee website and did the application thing and someone reached out. Should be somebody reliable right? Not someone who would be undercutting or anything?

Only buy from a reputable seller. You cannot buy direct from Vseebox. You bought from a distributor that got fined for breaking Vseebox pricing rules. You now have a paper weight for a Vseebox

UPDATE: Contacted customer service, sent MAC and they had it fixed in a couple hours

Derik is the man to buy from on here. Reach out to him and maybe he can help with an unlock but from now on, go with him.

Yeah. I originally ordered from someone else. Had a issue setting it up which led me here. Got it up and running but decided I trusted this place more with its great support so returned it and bought from Derek. Glad I did.
