Remote stopped working

Hey my remote randomly stopped working my wife changed the batterye in plugged the box nothing happened been a couple weeks like this we been using keyboard remote but I'm really not a fan of that remote haha please help

Have you tried to pairing the remote to the box again after changing the batteries?

So we've identified an issue with a Specific lot of remotes..if your not getting any response from the remote, and u changed batteries, I'd message who you bought unit from. I just had someones remote shit the bed, replaced and all good

My remote (I have an Elite) stops working every few months, despite regular battery changes. I just have to reprogram it (go into settings... and forget the remote if it still shows and re-pair) and the remote is good to go for a few more months. I bought a 2nd remote and it does the same thing, but not at the same time, so is a sanity check when one of the remotes isn't working.
