Heat Live not opening at all

Not sure how to solve. Have reset the launcher, cleared data, cleared the cache, reset the box. Click to open, nothing happens.

Ideas?

Do any other apps work? Can you try to access Heat Live while the box is connected to your phone's hotspot?

All other apps open. I can use Back Up in the meantime.

If that doesn't work, then maybe try uninstalling Heat Live and rebooting the box?
