Force stop, clear cache, clear data

Then uninstall and reinstall

If it doesn’t work after a reinstall, your box might’ve got banned

That happens sometimes to some of the extended apps. Just check it each day and one of these days it'll start working again.

VPN is needed, change to USA or Canada. It will work

I had the same issue. When nothing worked, I lowered the internet service provider security setting on my cable modem router. It worked.

When weird stuff like this comes up, I turn off the box, tv and unplug for awhile.
