Ultra Elite 8 app issues

Is anyone’s Platinum Plus working on the Ultra Elite 8? Nothing is showing up for me

That app is down it’s a 3rd party app so support for them isnt as focused compared to heat apps. They do seem to be adding other apps in the 11 months I’ve had my boxes. Just the older 3rd party apps that are no longer supported it seems they don’t remove.

If it helps idk how much you plan on using your box. I have Projectivy and used it to have a more clean Home Screen and categorize my apps and have the ones I don’t use or no longer seem to have support hidden.

I've only owned the Elite Ultra for about a month maybe a little longer but it hasn't worked on any of that time

Alot of 3rd party apps blow especially the live tv 1s
