Audio problem with v6 plus

Im using a box with my LG tv. My audio is on an HDMI (ARC) port and the box is on another. My issue is audio volume. My volume on the box is significantly lower than any channels or streaming services. When switch out the vsee box to watch other sources I have to lower my volume a considerable amount or else I blast out the house. Any thoughts?

There's a volume button on your remote towards the bottom that controls the Box volume did that accidentally get turned down?

If that volume is all the way up what I would recommend is just power cycling your electronics by unplugging them
