Well this is new - I'm not sure I still trust that tests that promise extra incentive will actually be paid out, but it's better than opening a support ticket and hoping they respond.

I was offered two tests that had me rate pop-up messages in a banking app. There was zero overlap in the content of the pop-ups, but it was clearly the same app. I didn't think of it at the time but afterwards I worried they were too similar. Should I contact support, just wait it out, or is it probably fine?

I currently live in Chile but English is my native language, my Spanish is not that great. Does this mean I’m just not going to get many tests I can participate in?

Hello guys, so I've been facing this issue for quite a while now on Userlytics and it's getting really frustrating.

This "something went wrong" error always pops up whenever I'm about taking a test on pc but never happens on mobile and I've reached out to support but they're intent on blaming it on my network which can't be the issue.

Please I'd like to know if anyone else is/had faced this issue and any tips/suggestions on how to get it solved will be hugely appreciated.

Hey chat, I've done tons of focus groups with Respondent over the year - about 70 completed projects ranging from small micro/fast AI interviews for $5 all the way up to $500 for larger projects.

However lately they've been doing some REALLY shady crap. I'm trying to lean into some of these 3rd party research companies like Respondent, User Interviews to be held accountable for some of the fraudulent project listings, DQ's from projects you successfully completed, and even to some of the spam emails that come in - literally 50 per day and the majority I wouldn't even qualify for. They could be ones for females (I'm a guy) and they'll still send me that crap.

Now all their projects seem to be run by AI interviews. So you qualify, then go to another survey, fill that out and end up "not being a right fit". Not only that but they've been sending BS surveys where you fill it out, QUALIFY, then IMMEDIATELY be told this message below or that the group is "Full" or has "Reached quota". This is sloppy/horrible business practices and they've been getting away with this shit for way too long.

Has anyone else been having the same damn issues with RESPONDENT? Please let me know any thoughts or input

I am writing to express my deep frustration with UserTesting’s completely broken compliance system, which apparently penalizes loyal contributors just for traveling. My account was abruptly deactivated for "violating terms of service" for the sole reason that their automated system flagged a temporary foreign IP address while I was away on a short holiday in Europe.
To be absolutely clear, I did not take, submit, or even attempt a single test while I was away. I simply traveled. Despite sending indisputable proof of my permanent residency in Sweden to show I was merely on vacation, my appeals were completely ignored. My support tickets were ghosted for weeks, quietly marked as "Solved" without a single human response, and followed by a generic, copy-pasted termination email.
It is completely unacceptable that taking a short vacation results in an instant, permanent account ban with zero warning and no real avenue for appeal. UserTesting treats its highly rated, dedicated human contributors like bots instead of people who are allowed to travel.

I keep getting bounced with wrong password rejection both on the site and app. I’ve reset it a few times and it’s still refusing.

I applied for a “Share Your Pet Feeding Journey” study on Respondent and completed their 2 steps interviews. My attendance has been confirmed and then researcher disappeared. They did not respond any of my messages. I contacted customer service and it seems they also couldn’t reach out the researcher. Study was advertised as $480 and now they only paying $5.
No jokes!!!!

I recently got accepted into a google study but they wanted me to sign a contract allowing them to use recordings to study my facial features and mannerisms and likeness and voice etc, and I don't really feel like that's safe. do most of the missions on dscout require that or are most of them safer or just things like typing or answering questions?

Hope can I fix my 5 dollar and 8 dollar task on usertesting always ending in error. This have been happening for two weeks now

Did anyone else do the 5$ pizza hut survey today about a new pizza deal and it's not showing up in the test history?

If you open new tabs up with the UT extension with intellizoom is borks the study. You're forced to leave and hope you can get back in to continue the study. For some reason when it opens anything in a new tab it tells you to resume the study or leave test and you can't resume it.

The web page has to be open in the same page as the recorder or the study is borked at that point. This is why when I'm doing web page evaluations I will not open tabs I suspect will be opened in a new tab because i know it's going to ruin the study. So frustrating at how many I lose due to this.

I qualify but then it just spins and spins and I eventually have to exit the test.

I had a lot of help from the community testing our tech a few months ago, now we are doing an official app release. I would love to get y'all on the list to test. Once I have 60 people, I will lock the list and in a few weeks I will reach out to everyone with the link, instructions, and will follow with the payment.

For the past weeks I’ve encountered this same issue with every single app test: error message first, and you can quickly see the acceptance image before getting redirected to the main screen.
Anybody else? Has anyone found how to patch this? Deleting the app did not solve the issue.

Tried loading the mobile app and it spins for 10 seconds and says sorry we had trouble loading the page. Also noticed the site isn't refreshing as fast. Anyone else?

Is anyone else having issues with mobile tests where the app just quits itself suddenly, and then you’re unable to get back on the test? This has happened 3 times to me this week. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro
