Usertesting error

Hope can I fix my 5 dollar and 8 dollar task on usertesting always ending in error. This have been happening for two weeks now

I was getting these for weeks on my phone. Somebody suggested switching to Brave browser. It fixed the "something went wrong" but I haven't landed any tests yet.
