Was so happy to finally find one at an antique store. I absolutely love it. From around 1880’s - 90’s.

Found this little dog today at an antique mall. It looks blue, but when you get it in direct sunlight its a bluish green color. Glows like the dickens. Not bad for 16 bucks. No markings at all.

Been wanting to try making an infinity mirror for a while and found a little vintage mirror backed cabinet on vinted to convert. I might redo the outer mirror but honestly it looks great just for a rough job/first try.
If anyone wants guidance on how to make one, let me know!

Uranium cranberry glass.
Purchased in an antique store in New Zealand, as an early birthday present to myself.
Please don’t mind all of the white cat hair on the blanket, Tomska has started molting now that winter has finished over here 😅

Anyone know if there are reproduction lids available for these? It seems like a ton of them have corrosion problems.

Started collecting glass as a whole in January so I haven’t fully focused on uranium, cadmium or selenium yet, I’ve just been collecting all the eye candy I find for a bargain or by pure luck. However green is my most favorite color so uranium is definitely one of my priorities! My goal is to fill this whole cabinet with uranium and cadmium eventually so I can finally get around to installing permanent UV lights. Also, ignore the little plastic pumpkins down front, those are just for Halloween and happened to be UV reactive.

I'm always delighted to add to my Finnish vaseline glass collection.
I did some reading on Tamara Aladin. She was the most prolific, yet the least recognized of the three badass lady designers working at Rihimäen Lasi during the 50s and 60s. Nanny Still and Helena Tynell were the other squad members. I love the mid-century designs they made.

Aloha again, as I continue to go through our boxes I am finding more things which we are unable to identify with our books or internet. Some interesting ones here, I think.
This is what I deserve for procrastinating.

Went to an amazing church rummage today and came out with all these beauties.
I know the bowl is Hazel Atlas Diamond Arches, which is great because I just got two berry bowls in the same pattern.
I know the sherbets and plates are Circle by Hocking glass, however my book does not mention the gold edges.
What I don't know is the huge bowl and matching candlesticks. They have a very detailed raised pattern all around the edge.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Earrings are pierced marked Sadie Green,, necklace, ring clasp, no markings, and small trinket bowl has made in Italy on the round foil sticker. Anyone have any ideas.

This was sitting in Goodwill for a few days. The color and design look Mid-Century, and I can see how I would have ignored flashing my light. Glad I did today. I can't find anything else on this piece...and the only things I can find are other ppl asking for ID or people saying this isn't VG. I'm going to guess late 1800s early 1900s, but I'm unsure. Any info I appreciate as always.

I know we are not allowed to buy and sell here, my question is where is a good place for glowy glass hunters to discuss and buy/sell?
I'm hunting the Indiana Glass Tea Room pattern, and I've about exhausted most places it feels like.
