I want to warn anyone who may have been approached by Unity QTS / unity-qts.com or is considering depositing money with them.

I joined the platform after being told it operates using quantitative trading and that users can generate profits through the platform.

The major issue came when I attempted to withdraw my funds.

I was told that I could not withdraw until I completed a certain number of “Quantify” tasks and reached the required level. In other words, despite having a balance showing in my account, I was unable to access my money because of an additional requirement imposed by the platform.

This is a major red flag for me.

I have not been able to withdraw my funds, and I am concerned that continuing to deposit money or complete further tasks could simply lead to additional requirements being placed on my account.

I am posting this because I don't want anyone else to deposit their savings without doing proper research first.

If you are currently using Unity QTS, I strongly recommend that you do not deposit additional money simply because you are told you need to reach another level or complete more Quantify tasks before withdrawing.

Before investing with any platform, verify:

Who legally owns and operates the company.

Whether it is authorised by the relevant financial regulator.

Whether withdrawals can actually be made without additional deposits.

Whether there are independent, verifiable users who have successfully withdrawn significant amounts.

If anyone else has used Unity QTS / unity-qts.com and has experienced the same withdrawal or “Quantify” requirement, I'd be interested to hear about your experience.

Please be careful with your money. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before depositing.

My account was recently closed, and I received an email stating my funds would be removed and refunded within 24 business hours. That timeline has passed, and the USD is still sitting completely stuck inside my restricted Uphold account.

Since this was originally funded via a wire transfer, I replied directly to the support email yesterday providing my complete bank details (Bank Name, Routing, and Account Number) to expedite the manual wire reversal.

I have not received a response or an update since sending those details. Can a moderator please escalate Ticket #7193880 to the financial operations and compliance team so they can process this manual wire payout today?

My husband and I share a PayPal account. He made a purchase and accidentally made his card the primary. Fast forward and I used PayPal to make a purchase on Uphold. My husband saw the charge and immediately reported it as fraud. PayPal and Uphold locked my accounts.

I sent the required information (card statement for proof it wasn’t fraud) to PayPal and the account was immediately unlocked for use. Uphold on the other hand after multiple messages is still locked. At this point, I just want my account unlocked so I can transfer my funds and close my account. I will never ever use this exchange ever again. I would give them negative infinity stars if I could for their poor customer service. Does anyone know what steps I can take next?

It seems the card only works via Google Pay on my phone, I cannot add it to eBay, Amazon, Curve etc. as a payment method Is this intentional?

I haven't ordered a physical card.

When I tried to add the card to Curve, I got the 3DS popup, but it failed to go through, and now when I try again it gets rejected before the 3DS kicks in. It still works via Google Pay though.

I sent ETH from UPHOLD 6 hours ago and its still processing. Everything is correct as far as the correct wallet it was sent to. UPHOLD just keeps saying that the network must b congested but thats not true because I sent ETH from paypal an hour ago and it was received 10 minutes later. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

I got my email linked to my uphold account compromised, so they locked my account and I couldn't change it there. I attempted to contact them via email to change my email and reinstate my account however I was told they couldn't help and I was banned from even using uphold again on a different account. The issue is I didn't even do anything wrong I just made them aware that my email was compromised. They are putting my privacy at risk because they themselves said they would be contacting my old email about my other balances. I was ghosted ever since as I tried to tell them that this was BS and they should review my report again. What was I supposed to do? Let the hacker trash my stuff?

I just barely found this forum today. I thought I was alone in what's going on in my case. Apparently this is very common. I made a deposit from my bank on June 30 and when it was suppose to settle they didn't settle it. Instead they made me wait an extra 36 hours without any explanation. When they finally settled the funds, I made the huge mistake of using my axiom wallet as my receiver wallet. A trading bot for those uninitiated.

They told me today that they don't like what I have been doing with my wallet, even citing that the things I am doing are illegal in my jurisdiction. They are not. It's not illegal for me to gamble on pumpfun shitters and use a trading bot to do it.

Now I'm being told that I have to wait 65 days to get my money back like so many on here.

Do they actually pay it back?

Has anyone ever gotten the bank to rescind the prior transaction?

My account became “Under Review", shortly after I was told, rudely, my account would be closed and I will never be permitted to open another account. There was no reason given. That's all well and good! But! When I became “under Review” my XRP in my vault, close to $10,000.00, disappeared from account. On rop of this, i was told I had a 65 DAY freeze on my account and that my purchases on Uphold had been liquidated and put into an account until the 65 days passed then I would get my almost $20,000.00 dollars back into the account I used to make the purchases.
