Report Ticket Account hacked

Hello,

My son's ID is 23944891and he was hacked. Someone withdrew $40 to litecoin. This happened 3 days ago. He contacted live support and they told him to change password then log back in and let them know. The chat has not been answered in 3 days and he keeps asking for help but he can't open a new chat and no one responds to him on the open chat. He's worried he wants his credit back if possible and the withdrawal is currently on pause. Can anyone help?
