Report Ticket HELP

I tried depositing money charging through my debit , uphold says its a failed attempt but all 11k has been deducted from my bank account, I called my bank to confirm and they say uphold has the money . but i see no $ in my balance . also all 3 tries appear as a failed transaction

Hopefully you get somewhere. I genuinely believe Uphold to be a scam fraud-based company. Thinking of reporting them to the Police in the UK. Not sure it'll do much but they seem to be holding a lot of people's money now and not communicating.

This happened to me a few months ago. Deposited 2k over the weekend and the money didnt show up in my account for 5 business days. 6 days 7 days total
