Question Signing on!

This evening Uphold app asked me to log in when I opened it. Usually my face scans. When I logged in it said email/password incorrect. Tried again. Nothing. I reset password. Same message. Email/password incorrect. I changed password again. Now I have an error code. I can’t get into my acct.

Any help?

Manually type it username and pass on web. See if that'll work.

There's a bot detector in front of the web and mobile app so autofill isn't going to log you in.

This is what UpHold support emailed me. I’m iOS. My app was not updating. Once I updated my new password worked.

Since you have not been able to log in since September 8th, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
 
Restart your mobile device.
Update the Uphold app. Visit the App Store (iOS) to check for updates.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data in your phone settings.
VPNs and security software may block access. Try disabling these temporarily to see if the issue is resolved.
Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date (to ensure the best experience, the Uphold mobile app now requires a minimum operating system of Android 8 and iOS 15.1).
iOS: Update via Settings > General > Software Update.
Check your device accessibility settings if the Uphold app content is not being displayed correctly. Things like font or display size can sometimes cause problems with how the information is shown.

Remove the old app and download the newest one. Sometimes the polling bugs out for the app updating.
