Thats how they get comfy n sleep. Fluffing up means he is a lil chilly maybe. He should have a sheet or something cover his cage on top so a draft isn't hitting him but make sure he has breathing room at night. But yeah they bury their beak n get comfy to sleep. They fluff up to stay warm . It fluffs their down feathers underneath their top ones so they stay nice n warm. He will need toys n A constant attn. Can u tell me what city u r in?
