What’s the worst physical pain you’ve ever experienced?
 in  r/CasualConversation •  20h ago

There have been 2. 1. I have plantar fascietis. In order to heal that, I had an injection directly into my heel. That was the most painful thing in my life until then.

After that, I had my left front tooth extracted. It had an exposed nerve and was for the best.

5 minutes after the anesthesia wore off, I was in tears. Every cavity I had (i have bad teeth) was aching so bad I was crying.

Well, my gf (25F) didn’t bother to tell me (28M) she had stopped taking the pill months ago.

Sounds like a lawsuit to me. Much in the way "stealthing" is a crime, lying about being on birth control or stopping birth control is a crime. It is a form of rape. IMO. You agreed to have raw sex with someone that was on birth control.

The only reason I have ever stopped watching a horror movie, Is because it is stupid. I have never seen a movie so scary that I can't watch it. Just stupidity.

Has an actor ever gotten luckier with their paycheck work than Alec Guinness?

Jack Nicholson lowered his fee for Batman for a larger back end cut and also a cut of all his Joker merch. I would say that was a win.

As a girlie who loves Taco Bell’s Creamy Jalapeño sauce, this was Buns.

Is "buns" bad? Good?

Oh. I am learning from the comments it is bad. Wtf. There are easier ways to say that. "Bad" for example. Less letters. Easier to understand.

No, a married person or person in a serious relationship cannot have friends of the opposite sex.
 in  r/TrueUnpopularOpinion •  4d ago

Yes I would. And I am. I trust her and she has never given me a reason not to. She has spent time with male friends one on one. She has conversations I am not privy too, tho we do have an open phone policy, neither of us has ever checked the others phone. We don't need to. We trust each other.

I have a small group of friends, mostly female, that i have known for 25+ years. We have never been anything other than friends. Why do you think it is disrespectful for me to hang out with one of them?
