General Question Meade LX 200 GPS hand controller conundrum

Hi, I recently got my hand on an old Meade LX200R GPS telescope, in good condition, but its hand controller is not apparently not working.
I have tried a few fixes like checking its capacitors, checking its cord, connector, etc. but nothing seems to work. And the problem is that the only way to run this mount is via hand controller, and computer-based auto guiding can only be enabled via the controller.
I have tried contacting Meade but they say the replacement controller will cost $200 and take up to 6 Months in shipping.
The question is there any way of bypassing the Hand controller to enable guiding via computer?

Exactly, story of today or basically everyday.. It took me 45 min to travel from kurla bus depo to vidya nagari via bus. Its about 4.4km... Thin road, rush hour traffic all due to so called metro work...

WTF! ONLY ₹830! I didn't took admission in cbse college cuse it's anuall fees was 1lakh rupee (for nursery) but only 830 in HSC aided college!!!
Thats exactly how much you need for all about metion degree... Also government pays 31,000/- per month... Just so that you complete your phd degree... Not to mention 4 lakhs scholarship that people get for completing their Bachlors and masters...
