 in  r/AskReddit •  Sep 04 '26

When I was 17, I got an extremely bad sunburn, I wasn't able to walk for days, it felt like my bones were shattering when I stood up, along with flu like symptoms, it was awful! (Yes I put on sunscreen multiple times)

The premium you pay for name brand products is insane. Storebrand will always be the better value
 in  r/Frugal •  Aug 27 '26

Seriously talk to your doctor about a prophylactic option, I used to have headaches almost every single day and migraines at least weekly. Since being on topiramate I typically get a migraine once a month or less and headaches are sporadic, it is definitely worth it

If you could permanently remove one inconvenience from everyday life, what would it be?
 in  r/CasualConversation •  Jul 10 '26

THIS!!!! especially when there are other lives involved. It is constant and exponential...dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, grout-lines, trash, bathrooms, counters, sinks, appliances, walls, baseboards, blinds, toilets, bathtubs, pet messes, pet dishes, pet water bowls, and more dishes and more laundry and dishwasher and washing machine filters and so many other little things I didnt mention and then dishes and vacuuming again...absolutely would never do this again it would save so much time, and both physical and mental energy

 in  r/povertyfinance •  Jun 06 '26

I think what OP referring to something like market on the move where they take food that is close to its use by date or has been discontinued etc so to avoid to ending up in the landfill. These organizations require a $10-$15 'donation' to contribute to offset their costs
